Job Summary
Supply planners at Oldcastle APG are responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. Responsible for providing the plants with monthly production plans consistent with plant capacity and sales forecasts. Determines the desired levels of inventory for finished goods including stock levels. The sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints will be used to develop production plans. Strong collaboration with operations, sales, customer service, and management will be critical to meeting business objectives. Supply Planners manage multiple facilities or regions, working across sourcing, inventory targets, and capacity constraints to balance supply with demand.
Job Location
This is a remote role when not traveling to our manufacturing sites. This person must reside in the south east region, ideally near a manufacturing site.
Job Responsibilities
* Utilizes production capacity, taking into consideration the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.
* Convert demand forecasts into constrained supply plans, using the SCP tool to model capacity, inventory, and sourcing limitations.
* Monitor material availability, supplier lead times, and replenishment constraints to ensure timely product flow to all facilities in the division.
* Collaborate closely with production schedulers, procurement, and facility managers to align planning across the supply chain.
* Set and manage inventory targets and stocking parameters, including safety stock and order quantities, in line with service level goals and business policies.
* Participate in the monthly S&OP process to provide input on supply capabilities and to align with commercial priorities and operational constraints.
* Identify supply bottlenecks, disruptions, or gaps in execution and develop mitigation plans.
* Support new product introductions by managing supply planning inputs and readiness.
* Monitors actual output versus targeted output to identify gaps and drive solutions, including production metrics concerning performance.
* Analyze supply planning KPIs such as plan adherence, inventory turns, and service levels, and drive improvement initiatives based on findings.
* Ensure data accuracy and planning parameters are regularly updated in both the SCP system and ERP (Infor M3).
* Contribute to standardizing planning processes across divisions and support knowledge sharing.
* Participate in group collaboration with all demand planners across the products group.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field preferred or equivalent experience.
* Experience in managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements.
* Strong communication, problem solving, and analysis skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

The Service Technician provides exceptional rider service; enhances rider satisfaction; and aids in meeting sales and profitability goals.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
* Meeting and making a connection with riders, asking qualifying questions and listening to riders' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs from a pre-set service menu or tune ups and a la cart service.
* Speak authoritatively on technical matters as they relate and pertain to our bicycles; be the expert
* Assists customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides "wow" customer service.
* Responsible for properly taking in all service work and setting and exceeding rider expectations, including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling an appropriate number of repairs
* Advises and assists customers with their product/service selection without bias.
* Develops and maintains knowledge expertise of all merchandise in department to effectively assist customers with accurate information; keeps current as new product lines are introduced.
* Assists with bike sales with technical consulting, and any other bike floor duties as needed.
* Deliver best in class rider-service that ensures ongoing service and high levels of rider satisfaction
* General cleanliness standards are set at store opening, maintained throughout the day, and reset at close of business, including light janitorial duty
* Proficiency in Lightspeed point of sale systems and store operational websites
* Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
