Job Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems * Read technical diagrams and blueprints * Perform general electrical maintenance * Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components * Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices * Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures * Follow National Electrical Code, state, and local building regulations * Perform circuit breaker corrective maintenance * Maintain good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment * Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements * Completion of electrician apprenticeship * Experience working as an electrician * High school Diploma or GED preferred * Electrician degree from a technical college * Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions and schematics * Operates a variety of hand tools * Ability to read a tape measure * Ability to demonstrate Lock Out/Tag Out procedures * Basic math skills and ability to use measuring equipment * Works well in a team environment * Strong safety background and attendance record * Ability to lift up to 40lbs * Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours * This position may require various physical activities, including but not limited to walking, standing, bending, stretching, and using hands to grasp, push, and lift items What CRH Offers You * Highly competitive base pay * Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs * Group retirement savings program * Health and wellness programs * An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
