Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a maintenance team to work injury-free/incident free in a manufacturing environment. They will provide leadership and direction for their team in a way that motivates them to meet goals related to repairing plant equipment, minimizing downtime, and meeting safety goals. They are driven to continually improve performance and embrace changes that will help their team and company meet these goals, while working in conjunction with the production and management teams.

Job Responsibilities
Maintains safe working conditions and ensures a safety mindset, especially as it relates to working on equipment and using tools and machinery
Drives safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards
Hires, schedules, and supervises full time staff and additional temporary staff as required
Provides coaching and corrective feedback timely as well as administers disciplinary processes up to and including termination, as necessary
Performs timely quarterly and annual reviews for all team members
Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution
Oversees all process documentation and training program procedures for consistency of operational tasks, and the safety and cleanliness of the workplace
Construct fixtures as required
Creates a schedule and performs preventative maintenance and regular inspections on equipment
Repairs facility equipment, fixtures, building, and grounds
Directs maintenance team members in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment
Orders tools, equipment, supplies and services necessary for repairs and maintenance
Removes and/or installs fixtures and equipment for safe, efficient operation
Troubleshoots electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to determine causes of failures and recommends solutions for repair
Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of maintenance equipment, tools, and fixtures
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements

Forklift and Crane Certification or ability to obtain is required

Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed
Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Must have experience in the maintenance field, at least 2 years is preferred
Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Ability to perform basic mathematical skills such as calculating percentages and volumes and using fractions

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Responsible for accurately coordinating layout, physical coordination, building corners and setbacks of plumbing and HVAC points, equipment points, sleeves, inserts, and 3D scanning projects as needed to maintain progress and/or productivity on job sites.
Assemble and set up the total station instrument, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for accurate measurements
Operate the total station instrument to measure distances, angles, and elevations on construction sites according to project requirements and specification
Collect survey data, including horizontal and vertical measurements, points, and coordinates displaying high productivity and safety in different working conditions
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the total station instrument to ensure proper functionality, accuracy, and reliability
Conduct checks and verifications of collected survey data to identify any errors or inconsistencies during the construction phase of a project
Transfer and process survey data into relevant software applications or databases for further analysis and reporting
Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including measurement logs, survey notes, and equipment maintenance records
Work closely with other team members, including engineers, and project managers, to achieve project objectives and to ensure seamless coordination of all construction activities
Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Trimble / Total Station Operator
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to read and interpret drawings and other project documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong computer literacy
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Must have valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Summary
The Quality Control Technician is the key function for maintaining Oldcastle's infrastructure business integrity by ensuring quality product is produced daily, to the customer's expectations. The QC Technician is responsible for working closely with the Plant Engineer, Sales, and Production by doing inspections and testing throughout the production process. QC Technicians are individuals that exhibit meticulous attention to detail for multiple products in a short time period.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform Pre-Pour inspections on product prior to pouring (Reinforcing, insert and hole locations, etc)
* Perform Post-Pour inspections on product ensuring it is ready for the customer
* Represent the customer inside our factory
* Test Concrete and raw materials as needed
* Lead QC meetings and follow up on Corrective Actions
* Organize all documentation
* Coordinate with production on all schedule changes and errors
* Assist in conducting QA Audits
* Train plant employees on concrete technology and QC requirements
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must have quality control experience in related industry
* ACI / PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day

Job Summary
Oldcastle is seeking an Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. To perform this role, you will need an electrician degree from a technical college and experience working on electrical systems. This position will work closely with all levels of management and employees to ensure safety and promote our safety culture.
Job Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
* Read technical diagrams and blueprints
* Perform general electrical maintenance
* Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
* Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
* Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures
* Follow National Electrical Code, state, and local building regulations
* Perform circuit breaker corrective maintenance
* Maintain good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment
* Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* Completion of electrician apprenticeship
* Experience working as an electrician
* High school Diploma or GED preferred
* Electrician degree from a technical college
* Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions and schematics
* Operates a variety of hand tools
* Ability to read a tape measure
* Ability to demonstrate Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
* Basic math skills and ability to use measuring equipment
* Works well in a team environment
* Strong safety background and attendance record
* Ability to lift up to 40lbs
* Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours
* This position may require various physical activities, including but not limited to walking, standing, bending, stretching, and using hands to grasp, push, and lift items
