Job Requirements
* A bachelor's degree (or advanced) in Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years in Outside Sales or Sales Management, preferably within the building materials or hardscapes industry.
* Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a focus on results, professional growth, and customer satisfaction.
* A keen understanding of market trends, sales analytics, and the ability to pivot strategies based on insights and data.
* A strong command of CRM platforms, with the ability to analyze data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
* Ability to travel up to 50% travel, including overnight stays within your region.

Provide developmental support to Rinnai's Regional Service managers and off-site Technical Specialists located throughout North America.
Serve as liaison between the field and Rinnai's Engineering department in the identification of possible performance or quality issues and gathering of information in support of the same

Interface with local code officials to address and work through identified code issues
Represent Rinnai on off site visits and/or liability investigations as required.

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum 5 years troubleshooting experience with residential and commercial gas water heaters and boiler systems.

The Architect & Designer (A&D) Business Development Manager reports to the Director of Go-to-Market Strategy, Single Family New Construction. This role is primarily a development role serving as an individual contributor responsible for individal market results as well as working alongside field sales reps to drive activity with the design community. Individual contributor tasks will include account management activites, specification creation and strong partnership with all internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the A&D Business Development Manager will collaborate with the local field sales teams to drive activity in their local marketplace and coordinate the fulfillment of specified projects.
What You'll Do:
Build and nurture a specification network through various activites to engage with the audience.
