Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and maintains the storeroom with an adequate amount of supplies and materials for use in the production process. This position performs inventory control activities regarding these materials.
What you'll be contributing:
* Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
* Utilizes computer system to enters information on new stock items.
* Enters adjustments and returns to stock.
* Processes daily issues from Stores inventory.
* Maintains current computer records:
* Cross references item records to equipment data files.
* Updates vendor information, i.e. costs and OEM's.
* Monitors supply of storeroom items and prepares requisitions for replenishing the supplies.
* Maintains an understanding of parts and supplies required for plant production and maintenance needs.
* Confers with department managers regarding the importance and/or priority of maintaining specified levels of supplies.
* Contacts vendors to reconcile overages/shortages in shipments.
* Coordinates with vendors to maintain both electrical and mechanical shop stock.
* Conducts physical inventory (includes off-site inventory).
* Participates and/or conducts safety meetings and inspects storeroom for safety regulation compliance.
* Maintains all warehouse, i.e., housekeeping, storage locations, dead stock termination.
* Maintains automated stock re-order system to ensure adequate stocking levels.
* Prepares Return Material Authorization shipments to vendor repair facilities.
* Distributes maintenance literature and other pertinent information to plant personnel using the equipment or supplies purchased.
* Assists other plant personnel by preparing storeroom requisitions and helping to find parts and other supplies.
* Provides vacation relief for Purchasing Agent.
* Participates in annual physical inventory activities.
* Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
* 2 year/Associates Degree OR equipvalent combination of education and experience with strong technical/mechanical knowledge
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in General business, accounting or inventory control in a similar or related position
* Proficient in English written, verbal communication, and listening skills
* Ability to lead/manage others
* Knowledge of general accounting principles, purchasing policies and procedures
* Ability to operate equipment such as a 2-wheel dolly
* Ability to use general office equipment.
* Ability to using computers to access and input data, such as in data base and spreadsheet applications
* Ability to make sound independent judgments regularly and work from general policies and objectives
* Ability to refer to supervisor when clarification or interpretation of organizational policy

What you'll be contributing:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Mechanical Technician assigned to Dust Collectors will primarily do routine inspections on all plant dust collectors as well as dye checks, bag replacement, and maintenance as required. The Dust Collector Tech I will also help with other mechanical work in the plant as directed.
* Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
* Performs monthly inspections of dust collectors
* Performs maintenance on dust collectors
* Performs dye checks and bag replacement of dust collectors
* Replace air pressure gauges, belts and magnahelics on dust collectors
* Performs general clean up duties in work areas
* Work with environmental department as required
* Work with outside vendors
* Assist with maintenance repairs and plant turnarounds as needed.
* Complete work orders with accurate information to be kept for environmental purposes
* Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* High school graduation or equivalent is required
* Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
* Willingness to learn, training will be provided
* Minimum of one month job related experience preferred.
* Ability to communicate in person or by radio minimum of 8 hours per day.
* Experience operating maintenance trucks, forklifts and aerial lifts (standard and automatic).

What you'll be contributing:
Under supervision of a Production Supervisor, is responsible for the daily operating tasks in the Preheat Tower, Kiln and Clinker Cooler areas while adhering to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include performing housekeeping and tower cleaning duties, routinely inspecting and troubleshooting field equipment, collects material samples, and facilitating high-quality production while maintaining safety.
* Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
* Observes all safety rules, wears appropriate personal protective equipment and keeps work areas and equipment clean and orderly.
* Regular participation in safety trainings, initiatives and plant cleanups.
* Must conduct daily workplace safety examinations and first level inspections of equipment in the assigned areas such as the PHT, Kiln and Clinker Cooler.
* Must clean the Preheat Tower (PHT) of internal material build up with pressurized equipment such as water blasters and air lances. Heat protective suit and gloves are required as additional PPE when performing this task.
* Must be able to follow prestart inspection checklists for effective equipment starts.
* Conduct weekly maintenance on spray nozzle systems for the water and ammonia sprays. HEPA Filter mask required as additional PPE when handling ammonia.
* Ability to assemble and operate Cardox tubes for tower plug clearing. Must be able to apply for ATF Explosives Handling License.
* Industrial Tool operations for tower clearing and annual safety training on their use.
* Work with other production team members, keeping them constantly informed of changes or problems that occur during the shift.
* Must understand the process of Lock Out Tag Out Try Out and coordinate with the maintenance department on equipment statuses for LOTOTO.
* Collect hot material samples from the PHT throughout the shift for laboratory testing.
* Operate equipment including, but not limited to haul trucks, forklifts, skidsteers/bobcats, skytracks, and manlifts.
* Answer incoming calls (Phone and Radio) in a professional and courteous manner.
* Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
