Your Impact & Responsibilities
Safely operate skid steers and other mobile equipment to maintain plant and quarry access points.
Keep work platforms clean and orderly, ensuring a safe environment for all team members.
Perform hands-on cleanup assignments using a variety of hand tools.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine servicing of assigned equipment.
Assist in running the crushing plant and support plant repair and maintenance as needed.
Manage water-based cleanup tasks carefully to avoid unsafe conditions near electrical equipment.
Proactively communicate with the foreman regarding operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Monitor environmentally sensitive areas and help maintain our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Technical education or certificates in basic welding/fitting are a plus.

What You'll Do

As a Hot Mix Asphalt Superintendent, you will ensure the plants operates safely, efficiently, and successfully every day. You will oversee all site activities-from coordinating material supply and production to managing compliance and developing your team. Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor plant personnel to achieve their fullest potential

What You'll Do
As our Quality Control Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of our Quality Control Lab and field-testing efforts. You'll manage a team of lab technicians and ensure that our materials meet all required specs for safety, performance, and compliance. Your work will directly influence construction quality across roads, bridges, and other key infrastructure projects.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supervising daily lab activities, including technician training and equipment/supply requisition
* Overseeing and conducting lab testing on asphalt, concrete, and aggregates:
* Designing and submitting mix designs for asphalt, concrete, and aggregates
* Performing field testing including core sampling, density testing (nuclear gauge), and more

Join our team as a Finishing Heavy Equipment Operator and be an essential part of our earthwork construction crews. This role works closely with the foreperson on site, other equipment operators, and laborers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality results. While the primary focus is on operating heavy machinery, the position also includes assisting with general labor tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely operates a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, backhoes, and related machinery.
* Review and apply manufacturer's manuals and guidelines for each piece of equipment operated.
* Complete routine Daily Equipment Checklists and be familiar with all equipment assigned.
* Communicate effectively with Forepersons and Superintendents regarding daily job requirements and specifications.
* Perform daily inspections and pre-start procedures (service intervals, fluid levels, etc.) to ensure the equipment is in proper order.
* Coordinate with other crew members and operators for safe and efficient project flow.
* When possible, parking equipment for easy access by the Equipment Mover.
* Maintain equipment cleanliness inside and out, promoting equipment longevity and positive company image.
* Follow all instructions and adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures.
* Assist with general laborer duties as required, supporting the team to complete all aspects of the job.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment preferred, GPS machine control equipment operating experience a plus.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, co-workers, and the public.
* Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is strongly desired.
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record; CDL may be required or willingness to obtain one.
* Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and "Fit for Work" physical.
* Provide appropriate documentation for I-9 eligibility verification.
* Demonstrate a professional attitude and commitment to teamwork.
* Ability to adhere strictly to safety policies and act responsibly in a safety-sensitive environment.
* Willingness to work extended hours and in various weather conditions as project needs demand.
* Participate in safe driver training as required.

What You'll Do

Demonstrate welding expertise by restoring structural and mechanical components.
Lead and mentor team members during cleaning, assembly, and disassembly operations.
Document your work with accurate time and parts records-your attention to detail keeps us compliant and efficient.

What We're Looking For

ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record is a strong asset.

About the Role
As our Asphalt Plant Ground person, you will work hands-on in a dynamic environment, ensuring our plant runs efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities
* Follow instructions from the Foreperson or Supervisor to complete daily tasks
* Shovel and rake materials regularly; assist truck drivers with loading and dumping
* Operate diverse equipment, including power brooms, plate compactors, wheelbarrows, pipe saws, pumps, generators, jack hammers, and vibratory rollers
* Support maintenance and repair of plant equipment
* Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment
* Help clean and maintain areas in and around the plant and quarry
* Operate bobcat and loader to move and stockpile materials as needed
* Always maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance

What You'll Do
As our Quality Control Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of our Quality Control Lab and field-testing efforts. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
