It’s laid back I do my job no one bothers me
I get told to do maintenance on the warrior 2400 screener or the color biotic machine and still get the same pay as a loader even though I do multiple jobs
The ability to work independently and the Plant Management was excellent.
The elements (cold and hot outside).
I was able to work many hours of overtime, as much as I wanted to.
