good firt job to get experience

poor management, very unorganized, unfair and lack of proper training and hostile co-workers very unprofessional gossiping and not supportive team.

Ole pharmacy supervisor are not aware of employees performance not evaluations given to employees, not supportive and not even offering proper training and unprofessional to supervise team. unfair discriminatory and hostile

they do not have any leadership at the pharmacy you will not know who is your lead and the only co-worker there is unprofessional not the best supportive and team player that you need in a pharmacy setting.

supervisor needs to know their employees better, and avoid creating hostile behaviors I was harassed and micromanagement by my co-worker the other pharmacy tech, and no one was there to support and to stop unprofessional behaviors from other co-workers. supervisor should be clear in instructing employees of their roles.

very diverse bilingual employees are necessary

at the begining everything was working great until the co-worker responsible to give proper training starting giving attitudes and making un professional comments such as: you are asking too much questions, I can't stop doing what i'm doing to help you. you should know already" this happened when I barely started and that was just the beginning of my worst night mare with this co-worker always complaining and talking about me with patients and other people in the clinic.
