Cons of working at Ole Smoky Distillery

Upper management are clueless, new manager doesn't have a clue on what he is doing and also has made the work environment a lot worse, causing people to leave en mass. if he continues to stay there then ole smoky will be a thing of the past because no one wants to work for less pay and a person who has Zero idea of anything and also our breaks and meal periods have been shorten due to making more production and may be breaking labor laws at this point.
