ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Maintenance Supervisor provides front-line safety and engagement-based technical leadership to achieve plant and platform results. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for direct leadership of the mechanics and maintenance capability specialists. They are responsible for building maintenance capability at all levels of the platform team. The Maintenance Team Leader works to eliminate losses following a rigorous daily process that is data-driven and focused on root cause elimination. The Hannibal Plant is seeking an Associate ProductionManager (internally called a Platform Manager) to provide manufacturing leadership to deliver a world-class operation. This role will have 6-8 direct reports and will have responsibility for providing direction and development of ~140 team members within operations. At Hannibal, we meet our folks where they are at. The Director of Global Process, Procure-To-Pay, is the Owner for the process across Emerson's global footprint. The incumbent will develop future state operating model requirements including Process, Persona (Roles), Metrics (KPI), and Technology components. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ The Global Process Owner (GPO) is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end Procure-To-Pay (P2P) across the organization
+ This role ensures consistency, standardization, and efficiency in process execution globally, while aligning with local business strategy, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives
+ The GPO acts as the ultimate decision-maker for the process design and performance, ensuring stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and business units
+ GPO will develop and execute relevant initiatives for the process in-scope to achieve tangible business results and execute programs on time
+ Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and BU teams to implement software, automation, and AI solutions

Education:

+ Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives
+ Domain expertise in Sourcing & Procurement as well as strong knowledge of Finance / Accounts Payable operations and best practices
+ Experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and digital enablers (e.g., AI, RPA, workflow, analytics, data)
+ Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and global stakeholders
+ Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills
