Ollie is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our business-critical systems. This technical leader will leverage their enterprise systems expertise to support the scale of our business. You will be innovating in a $45 billion space while improving the lives of dogs everywhere. This role is based remotely within the Northeast U.S. to overlap with east coast Fulfillment Center hours, has opportunities to attend monthly co-working opportunities, will collaborate across the organization, and will report to the Enterprise Systems Manager.What You'll Do: Own and Optimize Enterprise Systems. You will be responsible for the day-to-day health, performance, and continuous improvement of Ollie's core enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, and related operational platforms. You will ensure systems are configured to support scale, reduce manual work, and enable accurate, reliable execution across the business. Own End-to-End Business Processes Across Systems. You will own key business workflows that span multiple systems - from order creation through fulfillment, billing, and downstream reporting. This includes documenting current-state processes, designing future-state improvements, and ensuring system behavior aligns with real operational needs. Drive Integrations and Data Flow Integrity. You will partner with technical teams and vendors to define, maintain, and improve integrations between systems (e.g., commerce platforms, ERP, WMS, 3PLs). You will help ensure data is accurate, timely, and reliable across systems, and will support monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution when things break. Empower Finance and Operations Teams. You will serve as a trusted partner to Finance and Operations stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions. You will proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement that enable teams to operate more efficiently and with greater confidence in the data. Execute with Technical Expertise. You will contribute hands-on where needed by configuring systems, writing scripts or workflows to support critical business functions, and implementing best practices for testing, QA, documentation, and controlled releases. Contribute to the Long-Term Systems Vision. You will help shape the roadmap for Ollie's enterprise systems by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and prioritizing initiatives that support growth, scalability, and operational excellence. Who You Are: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise systems in an eCommerce or DTC subscription business, ideally during a period of rapid growth Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing an ERP system, including configuring workflows and writing scripts or automation to support business processes. Experience working with NetSuite is a must. Experience owning cross-system business processes and working through real-world operational edge cases and exceptions Strong track record of partnering with Finance and Operations stakeholders and providing thoughtful, reliable systems support Comfortable working across integrations and understanding how data flows between systems, even if you are not the primary engineer building them. Ollie is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to be a key contributor to the accounting team. This person will play an integral role in the accounts payable, expense, and capital expenditure processes, supporting accurate and timely transaction processing across the organization. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, leverages technology to improve processes, and takes ownership of their work and responsibilities. This role is based remotely in the U.S. and will report to the Corporate ControllerWhat You'll Do: Process vendor invoices end-to-end, including routing for approval and authorization through the company's invoice processing platform (Stampli), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. Code, review, and sync corporate credit card and employee reimbursement transactions, ensuring expenses are properly classified and compliant with company policies. Code and sync travel and expense transactions, resolving discrepancies and coordinating with employees as needed. Create and maintain fixed assets in NetSuite's fixed asset management module and track capital expenditure activity on a month-to-month basis. Support the Accounting team with ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by management, including retail invoicing, process improvements and audit support. Who You Are: A detail-oriented accounting professional who understands Accounts Payable and accounting operations, including invoice workflows, expense coding, and approval processes. A self-starter who takes ownership of their work, manages multiple priorities effectively, and consistently meets deadlines with a high level of accuracy. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, able to adapt quickly as new projects, tools, and priorities arise. You enjoy leveraging technology to improve processes, with experience using AP automation, expense management platforms, and ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus). Who You Are: You have 3+ years of professional experience building applications in a Python framework (Django, Flask, etc.) You have 5+ years of experience building API systems, including technologies such as REST, OAuth2 and integrations with 3rd party services using REST APIs and JSON You have 2+ years Professional experience working in a frontend framework (React, Angular, Etc.) You have an understanding of and professional experience using a relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) including SQL language.
