Brad is also responsible for evaluating growth strategies, allocating capital, communicating with shareholders, engaging the community, nurturing key client relationships, and recruiting and developing the next leaders for the firm.Prior to his executive leadership, Brad served as a senior project manager for commercial and residential development projects, directing site layout and entitlement processes for large retail shopping and lifestyle centers located in several mid-west metropolitan centers. Brad has been, and continues to be, involved with several community groups. Brad is currently serving as the Chairman of Support Nebraska, a non-profit organization responsible for organizing and hosting the annual Pinnacle Bank Championship, a Web.com professional golf tour stop in the Omaha, Nebraska area. The event benefits Teammates, a mentoring organization serving children throughout the state of Nebraska. As a resident of La Vista, Nebraska, Brad is also involved in serving the local municipality through memberships on various planning boards and committees and is a Trustee for the Business Ethics Alliance based in Omaha.
