**Job Description**

The Associate Project Manager role oversees project deliverables and completion for small-to mid-sized projects for the team. FEMA - Program Delivery Specialist

The Disaster Program Delivery Specialist: - Collects, coordinates and/or reviews applicant data to determine eligibility and priority of assignments to include but not limited to: audits for completeness, reviews information gathered during the Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) for assigned applicants, completes exploratory calls to gather information from applicants, and understands each applicants' projects and recovery priorities.
- Supports the communication process with the applicant about their status by scheduling regular meetings, tracking and following up with the applicants on FEMA's requests. - Supports the claims process by reviewing and validating damage details, scopes of work, and costs with the applicant. Participates in regular FEMA meetings by providing updates on work status and may evaluate claims and make recommendations to FEMA as to whether the claim is eligible. Assists with the development of the Determination Memo and communicating final determinations to the applicants during close out. Conducts an exit briefing with the applicant. We are seeking an Electrical Technical Expert to join our Data Center team and serve as the subject matter expert on hyperscale, mission-critical campus and facility electrical systems. Our Site Design team provides design services for retail, commercial, mixed-use, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types. As a civil engineering student intern, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You'll be part of our team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced engineers. You'll assist with creating construction plans for sites that can include site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. You may also perform research, write technical reports, and travel to job sites.

**Job Description**
Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for both public and private projects to assure that work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients' specific project requirements.
As a Civil Construction Manager / Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in the success of diverse construction projects that include dams, reservoirs, water/sewer distribution systems, roadways and utility infrastructure. Your responsibilities will extend to interpreting project specifications and plans across various disciplines, inspecting and coordinating inspection of construction work, coordinating schedules, verifying projects are completed per the project documents, and overseeing projects of various complexity. Working collaboratively with experienced construction managers and engineers, you will be instrumental in driving projects to successful completion. Your role ensures not only the efficient execution of tasks but also contributes to the overall excellence and success of each project, reflecting your commitment to quality in construction management. You will travel to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.
