Coordination with project team to provide take off and estimating, constructability analyses, value engineering, cost control, scope reviews etc. Ability to estimate and “fill in the gaps” for complete pricing when only conceptual design documents are available. Take off all materials and prices, identify subcontractor involvement, solicit subcontractor and/or manufacturer prices and estimate direct field labor. Assist internal team members who are responsible for building positive working relationships with local and national material suppliers and equipment vendors to provide current pricing of lighting, distribution equipment, low voltage systems, and miscellaneous material pricing. Assist internal team members in maintaining positive working relationships with local and national Electrical /Technology/LV System subcontractors to verify market conditions and labor issues. Assist internal team members responsible in maintaining current subcontractor and material costs within our estimating software. Contribute in creating data to be used for conceptual estimating measures, such as, man-hours and/or cost per lineal foot, per square foot, by system, by spec, by building type, etc. Requirements: 15+ years of experience as an estimator in electrical systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Trimble on-screen takeoff software is preferred. CIVIL / Jurisdiction ENGINEERING MANAGER Under administrative direction, of the Regional Vice President Civil Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing staff and delivering quality product and services to jurisdictional and private sector clients. Civil / Jurisdictional Engineering Manager, to oversee a team that supports planning, design review, construction, inspections and client consulting as it relates to grading, stormwater, roadways, jurisdiction related public work projects (i.e. landfill, water, wastewater, transportation facilities). Civil / Jurisdictional Engineering Manager oversees full scope of professional civil engineering/land surveying work in the field and in the office; prepare documents, plans and supports plan review of construction documents and specifications of client projects / review work prepared by others. This position reports into the Director of SEO and Marketing Performance. This person can work from one of our offices or remotely. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. Experience collaborating with content teams to optimize headers, meta tags, and internal linking structures while ensuring copy remains natural and engaging for humans. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong foundation in construction and renewable energy infrastructure. The Ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results oriented - supporting the planning, design, and implementation of electrical systems for renewable energy projects, such as solar & BESS. Engineering Manger Duties/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) : Provide technical oversight for all phases of energy projects, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering design and project execution. Support technical due diligence efforts on mid- to late-stage acquisitions. Oversee all conceptual engineering and technical deliverables as required by the project scope. Work closely with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to build. Maintain current knowledge of emerging solar, BESS, and thermal technologies including pricing, and prevailing commercial information (delivery, major terms, etc.). Review AutoCAD renderings, electrical layouts, and construction drawings for accuracy. Recommend design optimizations based on constructability and cost-efficiency. Ensure compliance with electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and industry standards. Construction Support: Resolve technical issues in the field, coordinating with contractors and vendors. Monitor project timelines and flag deviations from technical plans or scope. Oversee construction in accordance with design, budget, and schedule Support project scheduling, issue resolution, and team coordination to prevent delays. Support site mobilization, equipment management, material logistics, and resource allocation. Provide progress reporting to stakeholders and support timely inspections and commissioning. Requirements: Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, including expertise in solar and battery storage systems. Strong experience with interconnection applications and electrical design concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Due to the dynamic nature of the renewable energy market, the ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies is a must. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and business etiquette. Ability work in matrixed groups and touch all departments. Collaboration and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project). Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and its native applications, to efficiently and accurately manage data, collaborate, and manage workflow automation within projects a plus. The position requires the ability to effectively multi-task and manage numerous projects/tasks simultaneously, frequently within an aggressive and compressed schedule.
