Job Description
Olsson provides multidisciplinary, preliminary, and construction design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types.
The Client Manager role serves as the main point of contact for a specific client, a division of a larger client, or a targeted client at the team level, establishing solid relationships, building and maintaining a strong rapport, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The Client Manager oversees client service management for the team, ensuring services that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages a key client account within the team or across multiple teams by serving as the main point of contact and working closely with project managers to lead project execution plans.
Develops a deep understanding of the client's business, as well as the industry, to present growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and cross-sell services to the client.
Creates communication plans unique to the client to ensure communication needs are satisfied by providing regular updates and reports to the client on the status of their projects.
May focus on a specific client targeted for growth opportunities for the team by executing a growth plan for the client and cross-selling services.
Leads efforts, in conjunction with the team leader and/or group leader(s), to secure repeat client work by focusing on exceptional client service.
Manages client expectations and negotiates outcomes.
Coordinates with internal leaders to address client concerns or conflicts and takes client feedback into consideration when making decisions.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as trigonometry and geometry

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) / Design-Build Project Construction Manager to oversee construction on heavy industrial projects. The Project Construction Manager is responsible for the quality control of all PGL construction projects undertaken.
This position is also responsible for the direction and the proper field supervision of projects during the construction phase.
The Project Construction Manager will generally work from the office and go to project sites as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Particular responsibilities may vary by project; however, they essentially include:
- Provides overall Administrative and Technical direction for projects. May direct several different size projects independently or through subordinate Construction Managers.
- Responsible for PGL overall Safety Program. (i.e. administration of Safety Manuals, Training, Job Safety Report, etc.)
- Responsible for overall scheduling management of all PGL construction projects and ensuring Construction Managers are adequately trained in use of scheduling software.
- Responsible for estimating construction costs for PGL proposals.
- Responsible for assisting in developing Bid Packages and defining Scopes of Work under the supervision of the Director of Construction/President or Project Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budgets and schedule.
- Responsible for verifying quality assurance and control are being followed by PGL on-site personnel (quality procedures and forms are being properly utilized).
- Plans, coordinates and/or supervises field activities of all PGL personnel on assigned projects. Authorizes/approves all project personnel transactions (expense reports, etc.), purchase requisitions, change request, etc., under supervision of Director of Construction/President or Project Manager.
- Ensures all field personnel adhere to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. (verifies all PGL personnel are properly trained).
- Maintains official project log and documentation files for all projects.
- Visits job sites regularly as required for training, job audits, meetings, etc.
- Verifies/approves punch list and final inspections are performed and correct.
- Monitors manpower and budget requirements in collaboration with appropriate project management personnel to anticipate the need for on-site personnel changes.

**Job Description**
As an **I&C Designer** at Olsson, you will support the development of high-quality engineering solutions for data center projects.You'llassistin preparing instrumentation and controls design documents, collaborate with engineers and other disciplines, and help ensure designs meet project requirements and safety standards.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare instrumentation engineering/design deliverables including:
+ Instrument Index
+ Instrument Data Sheets
+ Installation Details
+ Instrument Location Plans
+ Wiring Diagrams and Loop Diagrams
+ Develop control systems (DCS/PLC) data sheets and design documents:
+ I/O Lists
+ Process Control Narratives
+ Graphic Sketches
+ Cause & Effect Diagrams
+ Alarm Rationalization
+ Coordinate with third-party control system vendors and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
+ Develop and review P&IDs for various projects.
+ Select and size I&C components such as valves, thermowells, orifice plates, and relief valves.
+ Collaborate across disciplines to develop level sketches and ensure design integration.
+ Review vendor documentation and provide technical recommendations.
+ Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
+ Ensure compliance with company and project site safety policies.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Proficiency in engineering design software and tools, including REVIT.
+ Strong understanding of control systems (DCS/PLC), instrumentation technologies, and industry standards.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
+ A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering solutions that meet technical and safety requirements.

Job Description
Join Olsson's Data Center Design team as an Assistant Fire Protection Engineer, where you'll support on complex, mission-critical projects, including hyperscale data centers and secure facilities. This role works within a multidisciplinary team known for delivering innovative, high-performance building systems.
You'll help provide technical knowledge on fire protection strategies that safeguard infrastructure, protect assets, and meet the most rigorous code and client requirements. You'll collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and security professionals across sectors such as data centers, healthcare, higher education, commercial, industrial and federal facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in System Design: Provide support in designing fire protection systems under the supervision of senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience with practical engineering solutions.
Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with project teams to contribute to tasks and learn about project coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Support Regulatory Compliance: Help review designs and documentation to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards, building a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Engage in Technical Development: Participate in training and professional development activities to expand your knowledge of fire protection engineering principles and practices.
Prepare Documentation and Analysis: Assist in creating technical reports, drawings, and analyses, developing skills in technical writing and data interpretation.
