Engage clients in activities that are fun, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to their interests. Maintain accurate records of client progress and document behavioral data as required. Foster a positive, supportive learning environment with patience, encouragement, and effective communication. Participate in training sessions to strengthen skills and understanding of working with children with developmental needs. Qualifications Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with play-based teaching and assent-based care is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with children, families, and team members. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
