YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE TEAM SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Continuously monitor and update lead-tracking dashboards, ensuring timely execution of scheduling.
* Use the Call Center system as designed to execute the subsequent call and text protocol for each new patient on the waiting list until either the patient is scheduled or the protocol is exhausted.
* Use the NP Scheduling site to coordinate scheduling with each clinic's Case Load Management system, to ensure patients are scheduled with appropriate providers.
* Use the NP Scheduling site on the Javelin to correctly identify each provider's clinical specialties and schedule patients appropriately based on their diagnoses.
* Identify high-priority patients from referral queues for immediate calls/scheduling.
* In completion of new patient scheduling duties, use the Single Page Intake form, collect e-mail address, send welcome letter, advocate portal use, explain the value of completing paperwork in advance that accompanies the welcome letter, and prepare patients for the Patient Payment Agreement and putting a credit card on file.
* Moves scheduled patients to alternative providers at the clinic to create openings to accommodate new patients with scheduling restrictions due to insurance rules, therapy needs, gender, or other preferences.
* Communicates Same Day NPs to clinics.
* Attends to Medicaid admission limitations
* Answer incoming calls promptly and monitor and respond to voicemail in a timely manner.
* Manages all aspects of FCE and PGAP scheduling at OSS.
* Assign clinic locations for all referrals received without a specified location.
* Redirect referrals to alternative clinics' lead-tracking queues as directed based on relative volumes, first appointment wait times, and other variables.

* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

Summary of Duties:

Manage all Aspects of High-Volume Patient Scheduling:

Assistant Project Manager
This is a full-time position for an individual who is eager to be on a Team that builds award-winning passenger ferries and research vessels. The Assistant Project Manager will be involved in the manufacture of large boats (up to 140 feet in length) working under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Project Manager and Production Manager prior to and during boat construction. Their main role would be to carry out various duties as assigned from pre-build planning to final inspection of a vessel. They must be effective communicators, working hand-in-hand with craft supervisors, our management team and our customers. They will be involved in developing and documenting change proposals, boat specifications and be able to read technical drawings. This person should have a track record of being eager to learn and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards. Previous marine experience is highly preferred.
The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Compensation:
Salary Range - $77,800.00 to $95,500.00 depending on skill level and experience.

What it's like to be an Aluminum Welder/Fabricator at All American Marine
As an Aluminum Welder/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier marine vessels. You will interpret assembly drawings, demonstrate your proficiency in MIG and TIG welding to meet visual and QA standards. Your skills will be essential in balancing overall quality and productivity. The position requires you to fabricate and weld pipe assemblies, such as handrails and arches, while accurately performing single hit bends on brakes. What you need to be successful
To qualify as a full time Aluminum Welder/Fabricator at All American Marine, candidates must possess a minimum of two years of aluminum welding experience, alongside strong fabricating and fitting skills.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Minimum of 2 years aluminum welding/fabricating experience
Mig/Tig welds to meet visual and QA standards
Receive instructions and drawings for tasks specific to a job as assigned by weld/fab supervisor and leads.
Plan details of working procedures to accomplish task and plan out tool and material requirements.
Fabricates parts by cutting, grinding, and welding aluminum. Work using welding techniques and appropriate welding equipment.
Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded. Sets up, assembles, and tacks weld parts.
Safely uses shop equipment to cut assemblies and material to size and shape.
Performs all functions in a careful and safe manner, always being observant for others in the area.
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
Able to lift and carry 50 lb. loads up and down steps; work at heights; work in confined spaces.
Successfully pass the required AAM weld skills test
Able to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to follow directions, work independently at times and be a self-starter
