* In completion of new patient scheduling duties, use the Single Page Intake form, collect e-mail address, send welcome letter, advocate portal use, explain the value of completing paperwork in advance that accompanies the welcome letter, and prepare patients for the Patient Payment Agreement and putting a credit card on file.
* Moves scheduled patients to alternative providers at the clinic to create openings to accommodate new patients with scheduling restrictions due to insurance rules, therapy needs, gender, or other preferences.
* Communicates Same Day NPs to clinics.
* Attends to Medicaid admission limitations
* Answer incoming calls promptly and monitor and respond to voicemail in a timely manner.
* Manages all aspects of FCE and PGAP scheduling at OSS.
* Assign clinic locations for all referrals received without a specified location.
* Redirect referrals to alternative clinics' lead-tracking queues as directed based on relative volumes, first appointment wait times, and other variables.

Summary
We are seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential service department. This role focuses on service operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction, while also supporting revenue growth through service upsells and maintenance agreements. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the service department, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for technicians and support staff.
Drive discipline and execution of internal service systems, including our 12-step process, 10-point inspection, and customer option presentations.
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring excellence in dispatch coordination, job profitability, quality control, inventory, and tool management.
Use data and our CRM tools to monitor profitability, technician performance, job flow, and customer retention-adjusting strategies to meet targets.
Own P&L metrics for the service division, including job volume, average ticket, upsell rate, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Partner cross-functionally with Warehouse, Install, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support company growth.
Develop and implement service growth initiatives, including maintenance agreements, upsells, and new service offerings.
Conduct ride-alongs and site visits to evaluate technician performance and ensure adherence to company standards, safety, and customer experience.
Engage directly with customers as needed to resolve complex issues and reinforce the company's commitment to quality and professionalism.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure all service vehicles and tools are properly stocked, maintained, and operational.
Stay current on industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and service innovation.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of proven service management experience - ideally within plumbing, HVAC, or related home services/trades.
3-5+ years of trade experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility.
High influencer: able to lead, inspire, and motivate technicians while building trust and confidence with customers.
Strong implementer: you don't just plan - you execute, establish processes, and make them stick.
Track record of achieving service revenue goals, controlling costs, and growing field teams.

What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Install, maintain, and repair water and gas supply lines, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes.
Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes.
Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
What We Need From You
2+ years of industry experience
A residential PL02 license is preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, safety sensitive position
Excellent customer service skills
Service Titan experience, a plus

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Accounts Receivable: track A/R, contact customers, and pursue collection of outstanding payments.
Maintain and distribute daily company financial and statistical reports.
Prepare and verify install job costing sheets for accuracy.
Review, calculate, and process bi-weekly payroll based on timecards and technician commission reports.
Gather and verify invoices for proper documentation before processing payments.
Maintain accurate A/R records, ensuring aging is current and credits/collections are properly applied.
Monitor and collect outstanding A/R via phone, email, and mail.
Prepare analytical reports and ratio analyses related to A/R and collections performance.
Support the accounting and finance team, including inventory and cost accounting functions.
Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash management activities.
Record bank deposits, update cash receipt logs, and post payments to the A/R subledger.
Assist with additional accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; or 5+ years of A/R or accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting practices and principles.
High accuracy in verifying numbers, sorting data, and preparing documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with automated accounting systems; Crystal Reports (or similar) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data entry, word processing, and advanced Excel.
Work Environment

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Minimum of 2 years aluminum welding/fabricating experience
Mig/Tig welds to meet visual and QA standards
Receive instructions and drawings for tasks specific to a job as assigned by weld/fab supervisor and leads.
Plan details of working procedures to accomplish task and plan out tool and material requirements.
Fabricates parts by cutting, grinding, and welding aluminum. Work using welding techniques and appropriate welding equipment.
Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded. Sets up, assembles, and tacks weld parts.
Safely uses shop equipment to cut assemblies and material to size and shape.
Performs all functions in a careful and safe manner, always being observant for others in the area.
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
Able to lift and carry 50 lb. loads up and down steps; work at heights; work in confined spaces.
Successfully pass the required AAM weld skills test
Able to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to follow directions, work independently at times and be a self-starter
