Summary We are seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential service department. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure all service vehicles and tools are properly stocked, maintained, and operational. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of proven service management experience - ideally within plumbing, HVAC, or related home services/trades. 3-5+ years of trade experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility. Strong implementer: you don't just plan - you execute, establish processes, and make them stick. Track record of achieving service revenue goals, controlling costs, and growing field teams.
