Job Description
The Shotblast Operator is responsible for satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity and delivery, in a safe manner, while maximizing productivity. They perform various production support duties as assigned by supervisor, as well as execute general housekeeping for warehouse. They will be responsible for operating electronic grinders to smooth and/or finish parts prior to and/or following processing.
Pay Range: $22.00 - 24.32 per hour
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience with laser operations is strongly preferred.
Mechanically inclined, production oriented, and safety and quality conscious.
General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings.
Working knowledge of general computer programs is preferred.
Ability to work on 2nd shift, 3:00pm - 1:00am, M-Th.

Job Description
The Crane Operator is responsible for safe efficient transfer of materials in the warehouse. Candidate must possess knowledge and skills of the capabilities, limitations and mechanical state of cranes, lifting devices and attachments. The person in this position is required to inspect the work area and machines and equipment daily for safe working conditions. Must be safety and quality conscious. Other duties: operating banding equipment, packaging material and tow-motor operation.
Pay Range: $24.11 - $25.11 per hour
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have 1 year experience in the related field.
Previous forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities:
Interpret drawings, solid models, and instructions to create precision parts for new product development.
Set up and operate CNC machines across various technologies; perform complex, multi-machine operations.
Program, post-edit, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC programs for optimal performance.
Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure compliance with tolerance and quality standards.
Perform tool setup, maintenance, and ensure proper use of measuring tools.
Generate and improve work instructions; support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with metals and plastics; understand machining properties of both.
Operate and maintain 3D printing equipment and create and post files for multiple systems.
Mentor and assist less experienced machinists and partner with engineers on machining best practices.
Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

Understanding of machining techniques for metals and plastics.

Your Role

Responsibilities:
Become the SME (Subject Matter Expert) regarding customer expectations and global biopharma market requirements for the pumps markets (including existing Quattroflow and Quantex brands and future bio pump brands).
Develop strong understanding of products sold into biopharma markets, understand global and regional strategies of CPC competitors and customers.
Responsible for developing and implementing annual and long-term strategic plans to grow assigned segments (achieved within the broader CPC goals and policies) including:
Lead biopharma pump product management team and collaborate with global engineering teams to identify new products and product improvements necessary to meet biopharma pump market segment needs. Conduct market research and provide customer input being responsible for development of our biopharma technology and product roadmaps.
Collaborate with sales/application teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies for implementation of CPC/PSG biopharma pump technology at the drug manufacturers, CDMO and OEM customers within our traditional biopharmaceutical markets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on the evolution of our Win the Spec strategies at drug manufacturers, CDMO and OEM/distributor customers within the Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy segments.
Work with marketing to develop key messaging necessary to speak to biopharma pump segments, create technical, market specific content, and market specific campaigns to increase leads, drive opportunities and grow in global pump segments.
Actively participate with key industry trade/technical associations (ARM, BPSA, BPOG, etc.) and become a strong voice for CPC/PSG within strategic workstreams.
Input into annual pricing/profitability strategies.
Promote and train the CPC organization globally on the needs, desires, and value of assigned segments.
Be the spokesperson and advocate for assigned markets internally at CPC.
Develop relationships with key decision makers and strategic accounts.

Job Procedures and Requirements:
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the incumbent is highly experienced in industrial programming, instrumentation, and electrical trades. They must continually elicit a high standard of safety performance for themselves. The PLC Technician 3 must be proficient in all aspects of the mill control systems and instrumentation.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance for the control systems in the mill, powerhouse, and waste treatment. They must possess a high degree of technical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing process controls and instrumentation systems. The incumbent must stay abreast of new technologies and work with the engineering group with planning and implementing new capital projects within their area of expertise.
They must demonstrate a solid understanding of mill processes and how the control systems impact the process. They must be able to access all control systems, troubleshoot, and make programming changes without any oversight. The incumbent is capable of taking high level concepts from their customers and implementing those within their respective area.
They must also be fully proficient and display and advanced level in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, preventive maintenance work, and routine equipment repairs and overhauls with no oversight.
The incumbent will be a key stakeholder on teams for implementing repair and upgrade projects within their respective department. This includes planning, part specification, coordination, supervision, and successful implementation utilizing both in house and 3rd contractor resources.

Primary Function The Utility position continuously supports the Production Department by completing daily tasks as directed by the Production Foreman - tasks will vary based on operation demands and position vacancies. The Utility is an Operator 1 (Entry) position that will immediately start training to allow future coverage of Operator 2 positions: Filler Driver, Liner Driver, Production Loader, 5H, and Lab Tester.

Operations

* The job procedures and requirements are applicable for the continuous operation of the Mill organization. The operator must remain on the job until the end of the shift and be relieved by the incoming position (applies to the coverage positions).

* Support Winder Operator with taping rolls and putting in core plugs.
* Support reel turn-ups.
* Fork Truck - move cores and empty hoppers.
* Bobcat - clean Paper Machine (PM) Basement.
Filler Driver Coverage
* Learn various types of bales in the Filler Plant: Old Corrugated Containers (OCC: Grocery, Stainless, and Brick), Double Lined Kraft (DLK).
* Squeeze Truck - load Filler Conveyor and break down reject rolls.
* Linde Fork Truck - relocate pallets of rope and chemical totes.
Liner Driver Coverage
* Support Liner Plant routine shutdown / start-ups with lockout tag outs and housekeeping.
* Assist Liner Operator (ex. troubleshoot with Liner Operator).
* Learn various types of bales in the Liner Plant: Flyleaf (FLY), Signature (SIG), Sorted White Ledger (SWL), Pie-Plate.
* Squeeze Truck - load Liner Conveyor and unloading bales from trucks.
* Linde Truck - empty hoppers.
Production Loader Coverage
* Identify different paper grades and width of rolls.
* Clamp Truck - relocate / stack rolls from Roll Kicker to the Mill-Side Finished Goods Warehouse (FGW).

Support Lab Tester
* Cut paper samples (paper retention samples and lab tests).
* Learn a basic understanding of MDIS.

* Familiar with duties required during normal wash-ups.

SUMMARY
Lays out, fits, and welds pipe, and structural materials used in fabrication of components to assemble structural forms such as piping/instrumentation, vacuum jacketed piping, spool piping etc. by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.
· Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
· Fabricate from sketches, blue prints or instruction.
· Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
· Sets up equipment and welds parts, using arc, GTAW-ARC (TIG) welding, submerged arc, or other welding process used by company.
· Repairs/reworks products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
· Use hand and power tools to perform work.
· Examines weld for bead size and other visual specifications.
· Lays out, positions, and tack welds work pieces for fit-up.
· Welds along vertical or overhead weld lines.
· Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter.
· Assembles completed spool pieces into final assemblies per drawings and spec sheets.
· Be able to qualify for ASME Code welding as required.
· Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prefer an individual with the ability to weld in a 6G position.
