The Territory Manager will work in conjunction to sell Olympus Medical products (ENT, Urology, GYN, Endotherapy, Endoscopy, Surgical Endoscopy and Energy) in targeted accounts; including ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), community hospitals and all accounts where products are utilized, leverage selling opportunities, and management of contracts. Primary Hiring Locations: Nationwide

Job Duties :

* Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned territory selling capital and/or disposable medical device products.
* Adhere to Olympus policies and code of conduct in an ethical manner.
* Work to develop and implement territory business plans designed to achieve sales quota in territory.
* Drive all product utilization and demand in accounts with committed agreements contracts.
* Perform quarterly business reviews with customers that have an existing contract agreement to ensure contract compliance.
* Support ongoing product training and in servicing of all products during procedures and in between cases with physicians, nurses, and techs.
* Act as the clinical expert of devices to help drive sales.
* Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in targeted accounts (clinical and non clinical customers).
* Communicate market intelligence to the marketing department of competitor's new product offering, pricing strategy, and merchandizing practices in the assigned territory.
* Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and PTO).
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the AVPs and home office.
* Maintain and expand knowledge of Olympus s product offerings, competitors, and local market changes.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

* Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of external business to business and/or consumer sales experience is preferred; sales experience in healthcare is strongly preferred; OR, a combination of Olympus sales and/or marketing experience, meeting or exceeding all performance expectations is preferred.
* Clinical or medical device selling/marketing experience is strongly desired.
* Must have proven track record of success.
* Must be proficient in developing and following quarterly and annual business plans.
* Must have strong closing skills.
* Must work well in teams.
* Ability to maintain and expand existing "run rate" business is necessary.
* Strong knowledge of the GI anatomy and ability to effectively sell benefits of the Olympus products, or ability to learn and apply this information in clinical situations is preferred.
* Must have experience with and be comfortable working with CRM software (Salesforce).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written skills are essential.
* Must be organized and possess strong time management skills.
* Must be high-energy, with excellent work ethic, both reliable and positive.
* Must have ability to travel within territory on a daily basis.
* Occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region is necessary.
* Openness to to relocation is preferred.

Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) II is a member of the Clinical Affairs team, responsible for performing activities essential to providing clinical guidance, strategy and support for the evaluation of new technologies and products in clinical trials. CRA II assists in the design, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of scientifically valid clinical research. Effectively coordinates the activities of Clinical research team members and investigators, and ensures compliance with study protocols, applicable regulations, guidance, policies, and procedures.

Job Duties

* Serve as Clinical Study Project Coordinator under the direction of the Clinical Project Manager and/or as the Clinical Affairs representative on assigned project teams and/or Product Development Process (PDP) teams to provide clinical guidance, strategy, and support for the development of new technologies, new products, and extended product claims.
* Responsible for clinical study activities and site management for multiple clinical sites for several ongoing clinical studies.
* Designs and develops key clinical study documents (e.g. informed consent forms, study specific plans, study master file plan) and participates in preparation of data management plan (DMP); seeks input as needed from cross-functional team members.
* Participates in site start-up activities including creation and shipment of the investigator site file, collection of essential regulatory documents, and IRB submission(s).
* Prepares for and executes on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits at clinical sites as necessary to ensure study requirements are being fulfilled.
* Conducts monitoring visits in compliance with the study specific Monitoring Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and applicable government regulations and guidelines; ensures site compliance to protocol, reviews investigator site file, performs source document verification (SDV), query resolution, and documents adverse events.
* Responsible for site management for pre- and post-market studies ensuring successful conduct of clinical programs, and cross-functional strategies.
* Serves as a liaison for clinical trial agreement (CTA) and budget negotiations.
* Ensures maintenance of study master file to ensure compliance with internal procedures, and applicable country-specific regulations.
* Tracks progress of clinical studies to: budget, study milestones, and deadlines; clearly communicates study updates to management on a regular basis.
* Participates in study audits, as applicable.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biological, medical, public health, physical sciences, engineering).
* Minimum five 5 years experience in medical device industry.
* Minimum of five 5 years experience in clinical research, with at least three (3) years experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
* Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time. Some international travel is expected

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong knowledge, understanding and application of principles, concepts and practices of clinical investigations/studies.
* Working knowledge of regulations and standards applied in clinical area and medical devices.
* Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
* Experience monitoring approval and surveillance studies in support of PMA and 510(k).
* Solid understanding of scientific/clinical research. Strong analytical skills. Basic understanding of statistics, statistical methods, and design of experiment.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
* Detail oriented and well organized.
* Ability to independently set and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.

The Territory Manager will work in conjunction to sell Olympus Medical products (ENT, Urology, GYN, Endotherapy, Endoscopy, Surgical Endoscopy and Energy) in targeted accounts; including ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), community hospitals and all accounts where products are utilized, leverage selling opportunities, and management of contracts. Job Duties :

* Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned territory selling capital and/or disposable medical device products.
* Adhere to Olympus policies and code of conduct in an ethical manner.
* Work to develop and implement territory business plans designed to achieve sales quota in territory.
* Drive all product utilization and demand in accounts with committed agreements contracts.
* Perform quarterly business reviews with customers that have an existing contract agreement to ensure contract compliance.
* Support ongoing product training and in servicing of all products during procedures and in between cases with physicians, nurses, and techs.
* Act as the clinical expert of devices to help drive sales.
* Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in targeted accounts (clinical and non clinical customers).
* Communicate market intelligence to the marketing department of competitor's new product offering, pricing strategy, and merchandizing practices in the assigned territory.
* Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and PTO).
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the AVPs and home office.
* Maintain and expand knowledge of Olympus s product offerings, competitors, and local market changes.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

* Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of external business to business and/or consumer sales experience is preferred; sales experience in healthcare is strongly preferred; OR, a combination of Olympus sales and/or marketing experience, meeting or exceeding all performance expectations is preferred.
* Clinical or medical device selling/marketing experience is strongly desired.
* Must have proven track record of success.
* Must be proficient in developing and following quarterly and annual business plans.
* Must have strong closing skills.
* Must work well in teams.
* Ability to maintain and expand existing "run rate" business is necessary.
* Strong knowledge of the GI anatomy and ability to effectively sell benefits of the Olympus products, or ability to learn and apply this information in clinical situations is preferred.
* Must have experience with and be comfortable working with CRM software (Salesforce).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written skills are essential.
* Must be organized and possess strong time management skills.
* Must be high-energy, with excellent work ethic, both reliable and positive.
* Must have ability to travel within territory on a daily basis.
* Occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region is necessary.
* Openness to to relocation is preferred.

* Clinical or medical device selling/marketing experience is strongly desired.

Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) II is a member of the Clinical Affairs team, responsible for performing activities essential to providing clinical guidance, strategy and support for the evaluation of new technologies and products in clinical trials. CRA II assists in the design, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of scientifically valid clinical research. Effectively coordinates the activities of Clinical research team members and investigators, and ensures compliance with study protocols, applicable regulations, guidance, policies, and procedures.

Job Duties

* Serve as Clinical Study Project Coordinator under the direction of the Clinical Project Manager and/or as the Clinical Affairs representative on assigned project teams and/or Product Development Process (PDP) teams to provide clinical guidance, strategy, and support for the development of new technologies, new products, and extended product claims.
* Responsible for clinical study activities and site management for multiple clinical sites for several ongoing clinical studies.
* Designs and develops key clinical study documents (e.g. informed consent forms, study specific plans, study master file plan) and participates in preparation of data management plan (DMP); seeks input as needed from cross-functional team members.
* Participates in site start-up activities including creation and shipment of the investigator site file, collection of essential regulatory documents, and IRB submission(s).
* Prepares for and executes on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits at clinical sites as necessary to ensure study requirements are being fulfilled.
* Conducts monitoring visits in compliance with the study specific Monitoring Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and applicable government regulations and guidelines; ensures site compliance to protocol, reviews investigator site file, performs source document verification (SDV), query resolution, and documents adverse events.
* Responsible for site management for pre- and post-market studies ensuring successful conduct of clinical programs, and cross-functional strategies.
* Serves as a liaison for clinical trial agreement (CTA) and budget negotiations.
* Ensures maintenance of study master file to ensure compliance with internal procedures, and applicable country-specific regulations.
* Tracks progress of clinical studies to: budget, study milestones, and deadlines; clearly communicates study updates to management on a regular basis.
* Participates in study audits, as applicable.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biological, medical, public health, physical sciences, engineering).
* Minimum five 5 years experience in medical device industry.
* Minimum of five 5 years experience in clinical research, with at least three (3) years experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
* Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time. Some international travel is expected

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong knowledge, understanding and application of principles, concepts and practices of clinical investigations/studies.
* Working knowledge of regulations and standards applied in clinical area and medical devices.
* Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
* Experience monitoring approval and surveillance studies in support of PMA and 510(k).
* Solid understanding of scientific/clinical research. Strong analytical skills. Basic understanding of statistics, statistical methods, and design of experiment.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
* Detail oriented and well organized.
* Ability to independently set and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.

Job Description

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) II is a member of the Clinical Affairs team, responsible for performing activities essential to providing clinical guidance, strategy and support for the evaluation of new technologies and products in clinical trials. CRA II assists in the design, development, organization, implementation and evaluation of scientifically valid clinical research. Effectively coordinates the activities of Clinical research team members and investigators, and ensures compliance with study protocols, applicable regulations, guidance, policies, and procedures.

Job Duties

* Serve as Clinical Study Project Coordinator under the direction of the Clinical Project Manager and/or as the Clinical Affairs representative on assigned project teams and/or Product Development Process (PDP) teams to provide clinical guidance, strategy, and support for the development of new technologies, new products, and extended product claims.
* Responsible for clinical study activities and site management for multiple clinical sites for several ongoing clinical studies.
* Designs and develops key clinical study documents (e.g. informed consent forms, study specific plans, study master file plan) and participates in preparation of data management plan (DMP); seeks input as needed from cross-functional team members.
* Participates in site start-up activities including creation and shipment of the investigator site file, collection of essential regulatory documents, and IRB submission(s).
* Prepares for and executes on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits at clinical sites as necessary to ensure study requirements are being fulfilled.
* Conducts monitoring visits in compliance with the study specific Monitoring Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and applicable government regulations and guidelines; ensures site compliance to protocol, reviews investigator site file, performs source document verification (SDV), query resolution, and documents adverse events.
* Responsible for site management for pre- and post-market studies ensuring successful conduct of clinical programs, and cross-functional strategies.
* Serves as a liaison for clinical trial agreement (CTA) and budget negotiations.
* Ensures maintenance of study master file to ensure compliance with internal procedures, and applicable country-specific regulations.
* Tracks progress of clinical studies to: budget, study milestones, and deadlines; clearly communicates study updates to management on a regular basis.
* Participates in study audits, as applicable.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biological, medical, public health, physical sciences, engineering).
* Minimum five 5 years experience in medical device industry.
* Minimum of five 5 years experience in clinical research, with at least three (3) years experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
* Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time. Some international travel is expected

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong knowledge, understanding and application of principles, concepts and practices of clinical investigations/studies.
* Working knowledge of regulations and standards applied in clinical area and medical devices.
* Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
* Experience monitoring approval and surveillance studies in support of PMA and 510(k).
* Solid understanding of scientific/clinical research. Strong analytical skills. Basic understanding of statistics, statistical methods, and design of experiment.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
* Detail oriented and well organized.
* Ability to independently set and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.

The Territory Manager will work in conjunction to sell Olympus Medical products (ENT, Urology, GYN, Endotherapy, Endoscopy, Surgical Endoscopy and Energy) in targeted accounts; including ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), community hospitals and all accounts where products are utilized, leverage selling opportunities, and management of contracts. Primary Hiring Locations: Nationwide

Job Duties :

* Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned territory selling capital and/or disposable medical device products.
* Adhere to Olympus policies and code of conduct in an ethical manner.
* Work to develop and implement territory business plans designed to achieve sales quota in territory.
* Drive all product utilization and demand in accounts with committed agreements contracts.
* Perform quarterly business reviews with customers that have an existing contract agreement to ensure contract compliance.
* Support ongoing product training and in servicing of all products during procedures and in between cases with physicians, nurses, and techs.
* Act as the clinical expert of devices to help drive sales.
* Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in targeted accounts (clinical and non clinical customers).
* Communicate market intelligence to the marketing department of competitor's new product offering, pricing strategy, and merchandizing practices in the assigned territory.
* Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and PTO).
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the AVPs and home office.
* Maintain and expand knowledge of Olympus s product offerings, competitors, and local market changes.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

* Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of external business to business and/or consumer sales experience is preferred; sales experience in healthcare is strongly preferred; OR, a combination of Olympus sales and/or marketing experience, meeting or exceeding all performance expectations is preferred.
* Clinical or medical device selling/marketing experience is strongly desired.
* Must have proven track record of success.
* Must be proficient in developing and following quarterly and annual business plans.
* Must have strong closing skills.
* Must work well in teams.
* Ability to maintain and expand existing "run rate" business is necessary.
* Strong knowledge of the GI anatomy and ability to effectively sell benefits of the Olympus products, or ability to learn and apply this information in clinical situations is preferred.
* Must have experience with and be comfortable working with CRM software (Salesforce).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written skills are essential.
* Must be organized and possess strong time management skills.
* Must be high-energy, with excellent work ethic, both reliable and positive.
* Must have ability to travel within territory on a daily basis.
* Occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region is necessary.

The Principal, Regulatory Affairs assist the Manager, Regulatory Affairs in obtaining approval to market Olympus medical devices in the markets served by Olympus.

Job Duties

* Facilitate development of regulatory strategy for novel technologies or market segments, that lead to product teams responsible for developing new products.
* Where tasked by Regulatory Management, assist with Business Development opportunities, including due diligence assessments of regulatoryposture, research, and capabilities.
* Maintain responsibility for review and approval of product labeling (including IFU) and other ancillary labeling-related matters.
* Work closely with Upstream Marketing and the Regulatory Labeling Team in developing labeling materials.
* Maintain responsibility for development, coordination, preparation and maintenance of US medical device submissions such as Pre-Submissions, 510ks, PMAs, IDEs and applicable supplements and annual reports and liaise with FDA reviewers as needed
* Maintain responsibility for development, coordination, preparation and maintenance of medical device submissions for Canadian Class 2, 3 or 4 Device License submissions.
* Lead development of responses to regulatory authorities' requests for additional information.
* Interface with the EU Submissions Team to support preparation of dossiers and technical files for registration of Olympus products in the EU Interface with International Regulatory Affairs Team to support preparation of dossiers for registration for other international markets such as Japan,the Far East, Australia and Latin America.
* Maintain responsibility for keeping abreast of changes and proposed changes to the worldwide regulatory requirements related to our products andprocesses.
* May be tasked to formally advise regulatory and business management of changes and as appropriate communicate regulatory initiatives orchanges to other OSTA staff.
* Maintain responsibility for maintenance of regulatory files and tracking databases to ensure prompt and accurate access to company regulatoryinformation and to provide reports to management concerning current, pending, and future approvals to management.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Description

* Responsible for maintenance of regulatory files and tracking databases to ensure prompt and accurate access to company regulatory information and to provide reports to management concerning current, pending, and future approvals to management.
* Where designated, review and provide input to clinical related documentation, including clinical investigational plans, investigator brochures, informed consent, instructions for use, and case report forms.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree equivalent degree in science, engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of 10 years working in medical device industry.
* Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience working on US/EU medical device submissions
* Direct experience working and collaborating with Regulatory Authorities.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* RAC, CQA, and CQM accreditation preferred.
* Science or engineering course of study optimal.
* Knowledge of FDA medical device regulations and guidance, Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745, ISO 13485 Quality System standard, and other applicable US and international regulations, guidances, and standards.
* Proven expertise with regulatory submissions: 510(k), IDE and/or PMA submissions, and submissions outside the US, including EU.
* Visio skills are desirable.
