Cons of working at Olympus Building Services

The management here in elpaso treat the employees like dogs with no respect to them at all treat poeple like we owe them our lifes . Tell us theres the door if you wont do things our way. And try to get employees to do personal jobs for them . Hold things over there heads to scare them with there jobs
