As the Supplier QualityEngineer, you will spearhead SupplierQuality for the Company as a whole, ensuring top qualityand delivery standards are achieved year over year.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
Understands the Automotive Advanced Planning Quality Process (APQP), to lead the auditingof new or existingsuppliers to ensuretheir Quality System processes and productspecifications are alignedto the Com- pany's standards.
Oversees any quality or delivery issue with suppliers, setting up action plans and validation programs,to bring obstacles to resolution.

Position Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing and Quality Inspection position required; automotive experience preferred. Experience in Quality Systems,creating processflow diagramming, auditing techniques, and other related inspection checklists preferred.
Certification(s): ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or equivalent certification preferred; or will get certification within 2 years of accepting position. Six Sigma, Green belt or Black Belt preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Entry level CNC Programmer produces machined parts by programming in 2D and 3D using CAM software. They are responsible for setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records and maintaining equipment and supplies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THE ROLE:
* Accurately performs data entry in IQMS Time and Attendance and accurately creates and closes Work Orders.
* Utilize proper feed rates for programming cutter paths, per steel type and geometry, for incoming work.
* Record daily work performed and hours in IQMS; review daily work center schedule to ensure projects are completed on time, reporting any significant challenges to management.
* Crosstrain on other equipment and processes, including CNC Machines and Welding.
* Program offline using MasterCAM to operate 2D/3D CNC work centers, including mills and Lathes.
* Ensure the Computer Aided Design (CAD) data matches the print.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate Tech Degree +5 years' experience and/or the appropriate equivalent of CNC and work experience in the field.
* Ability to program in G-code with strong background on speeds and feeds
* Experienced in Metrology (U.S. and Metric).
