The Production Operator focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards •Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods •Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products •Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis and examines production materials for processing. Track and meet performance goals for voter registration, outreach, and engagement on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field data and outreach metrics to the Engagement Director.

* Directs the operations of all City golf courses, including clubhouse operations, building and course maintenance.
* Oversees the maintenance operations of courses, including maintenance of turf, greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and natural areas. Reviews pesticide, fertility, and irrigation programs; ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Oversees and manages clubhouse operations, including food and beverage sales, cash handling, equipment rental and all aspects of customer service.
* Manages accounting, inventory, banking, audit procedures, cash flow, and establishes controls to safeguard funds and assets. Oversees financial reporting, including profit/loss analysis, utilization, and budgetary targets by course.
* Plans, organizes, schedules, inspects, and reviews the operation and maintenance of municipal golf courses. Identifies clubhouse and course improvement needs, implement changes or make recommendations for future improvements. Performs regular inspections of clubhouses and courses and oversees the scheduling of necessary maintenance to ensure quality customer experience and conditions.
* Plans, budgets, and implement long-range capital improvements on all golf courses. Coordinates planning of capital improvement projects. Formulates and administers the golf program capital, operating and surcharge budgets and performs related financial reviews.
* Manages a large staff of supervisory, professional, maintenance, and seasonal staff. Oversees and participates in the hiring, termination, disciplining, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of division personnel.
* Determines estimates of revenues, personnel expenses (regular and overtime), materials, and capital equipment; approves requisitions for materials and supplies; and prepares and presents the annual budget.
* Reviews reports concerning the operation of municipal golf courses such as staff conduct, safety issues, work records, hours worked, and workmanship. Investigates and responds to complaints and questions from the public, contractors, and City staff, and implements appropriate solutions.
* Develops and participates in the preparation of bids and specifications, selection, and negotiation for contracted services or the purchase of new equipment. Coordinates contracts with vendors including supplies for course maintenance and clubhouses and evaluates contractor services.
* Develops golf program policies and regulations, including implementing and enforcing a player code of conduct. Leads, directs and participates in short and long-term goals, work prioritization, staffing and equipment utilization.
* Oversees development and administration of marketing, branding strategies, public communications, website and social media platforms and overall image of the golf program. Engages in outreach activities to promote golf activities. Monitor trends in the golf industry and recommends improvements.
* Develops and oversees a systematic and effective communication strategy for the Golf program. Maintains effective communications with the public, league representatives, professional, maintenance, and clubhouse staff, regarding course operations, maintenance and playing conditions. Responds to questions, comments, concerns.
* Maintains regular job attendance in accordance with a schedule established for the position by the supervisor.
* Performs other related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates within the scope of this classification.

American Traveler seeks an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring NE or compact licensure, night shifts, and the ability to circulate in the OR.
Responsibilities
Work in an acute care hospital on a Level 1 Trauma Labor & Delivery unit
Unit includes 16 labor rooms, 9 antepartum rooms, 7 triage beds, 3 OR suites, and 36 postpartum beds
Patient population includes high-risk OB and routine obstetric care
Nurse-to-patient ratios follow AWHONN guidelines: 1:1-2 labors, 1:2-3 antepartum
RNs are required to titrate drips including Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and pain medications
Electronic charting with Epic; EFM system is Obix
Night shifts are 12 hours (1830-0700); required to work every third weekend, but could be up to every other weekend
Holiday coverage required for 1 major and 1 minor holiday
Floating to Postpartum and occasional house float as sitter required
Primary responsibilities include care of laboring mothers, circulating for C-sections, and routine newborn care
Must be flexible to float to Postpartum and occasionally function as a sitter within the hospital
Team structure includes 2 OBTs per shift, 24/7 physician and anesthesia coverage, and a charge RN each shift
Surgical scrubs are provided and must comply with the no artificial nails policy; failure to comply is grounds for termination
RNs will receive 2-3 shifts of unit-specific orientation
RTO (requested time off) must be submitted up front, with a maximum of 7 days per 13-week contract
Holiday and weekend work is required according to unit needs
