SUMMARY
The Rigger position completes a variety of rigging, secure loads, operates forklifts and other equipment. Supports operations by moving objects, installing, and dismantling equipment, and obtains the necessary skills of the position. This is a safety sensitive position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned…
Aligns levels and anchors machinery.
Attaches loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving by using hand and power tools.
Obtains necessary training and safety certifications to complete tasks.
Attends rigging class as required
Works closely with the Foreman and crews to learn the process of moving machinery and items of size and weight.
Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps.
Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain falls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
Manipulates rigging lines, hoists and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment.
Obtains knowledge of equipment uses and follows procedures (IE procedure for equipment placement on trailers for loading and off-loading; equipment tie down procedures)
Learns and understand tools required for the job and the purpose of the tools.
Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
Uses job appropriate PPE.
Signals or verbally directs workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, to ensure safety.
Works onsite at customer locations, as needed

Summary
Responsible for Toronto site management of the Quality Assurance function including quality assurance, quality control, technology development and laboratory. Assist engineering in producing quality patterns. Assist engineering/maintenance on keeping presses running and within spec.
Specific Duties:
* Incumbent must handle hazardous waste in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and company policy.
* Inject all wax patterns, gates and sprues (light and heavy dies).
* Keep wax injection presses and melting pots filled with wax at all times.
* Clean plugs.
* Check quality on all patterns, gating and sprues.
* Follow procedures.

This is an opportunity in the sales group to manage titanium supply for significant contracts. Communicate with customers, sub-contractors, account managers, Q.A., inventory/production planners, and mill operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage customer demand:
Convert customer supplied forecast into a usable Excel format (pivot tables, graphs).
Analyze data, identify and scrutinize significant variances
Rectify variance concerns with customer & applicable TIMET team members.
Convert forecasted demand into SAP scheduling contracts.
Review SAP inventory & replenishment scenarios to assure support of customer demand
Problem solve & expedite mill replenishment to address potential shortfalls
Act as primary liaison between customer & TIMET team members… i.e. Sales, Q.A. Inventory & Production
Planning
Scrutinize & reconcile customers supplier scorecard

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinates the recommendation, planning, and implementation of equipment to improve production efficiency, meet cost containment goals, and support plant needs for growth and safety improvements.

Position Summary
This key role is responsible for the financial activity of the Operation. The Assistant Controller is responsible for the company's financial plans and practices, internal control systems and protection of assets. This individual will provide strategies to drive short-term and long-term actions to achieve financial goals and growth with oversight from the Controller. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts and financial reconciliations. Position reports to the Controller.

The Machine Repairman works under the supervision of the Maintenance Shift Supervisor: Maintains repairs, modifies, removes, and relocates all equipment, stationary and mobile, in the manufacturing facility. * Proficient with vernieer calibers, micrometers and dial indicators.
