ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The In-House Corporate Travel Agent is responsible to provide safe, cost effective, efficient, reliable, and quality travel arrangements; including, but not limited to, air, hotel, ground, car rental, and visas for Omnis travelers. Omnis travelers are defined as any Omni employee, including crew, maintenance (including contracted reps), ground services, office personnel, or any other traveler(s) as authorized by the Travel Manager, Travel Supervisor, Director, or Vice President. Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:
* Book air, hotel, and ground travel as requested via AIMS HOTAC module or internal travel request form
* Responsible to answer crew travel-related requests forwarded via Crew Scheduling in a timely manner
* Air bookings must be made through the Sabre GDS system
* Bookings outside of Sabre must be approved by Supervisor or Travel Manager
* Facilitate hotel bookings through designated 3rd party vendor or, in the case of commercial programs, when necessary, directly to hotel contact
* Book ground transportation via email or facsimile directly with vendor, or through a third party vendor, when approved by the Supervisor or Travel Manager
* Book car rental reservations through Sabre GDS system
* VISA/MAAS (meet and assist) arrangements must be made directly with the Handling company in the respective country
* Utilize Action Flightstats email messages regarding potentially impacted commercial flight delays, including calling the airline directly, if needed, to re-accommodate Omni travelers
* Interface with other Team Units of SOCC, especially Crew Scheduling and Planning, to resolve travel-related issues
* Effectively and efficiently handle traveler and vendor phone calls, email, and face-to-face communications
* Immediately communicate operation-impacting travel issues to Supervisor and Travel Manager
* Examples:
* Sold out hotel cities, commercial travel cancellations that cause an operational delay
* Emergency travel issues
* Omni flight delays caused by Travel-related operations, such as ground, commercial flight delays/cancellations, weather issues, etc.
* Maintain a professional, customer-oriented attitude at all times
* Authority Agents are authorized to book air, hotel, ground, car rental, VISA, and other travel as outlined within the request and according to policy
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Monitor the Non-Essential Equipment and Furnishings Log report and assist the OAI Line Maintenance Department with procuring parts required for the upkeep of the aircraft cabins.
* Perform other such duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance Control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Flight Mechanic Supervisor is responsible for ETOPS duties as defined in the ETOPS Policies and Procedures Manual (EPPM), and maintains a current Airframe & PowerPlant Certificate. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

* Closely monitor all work or inspection operations being accomplished on company aircraft; and ensure the proper references, manual forms, or records are available and are used in connection with the operation
* Ensure all records of the discrepancies are cleared with adequate corrective action taken, and ensure all records (log pages, task cards, coupons, wortans, NEF, etc.) reach Maintenance Records department with minimum delay
* Ensure that repairable parts are tagged correctly with accurate information to include reason for removal
* Maintain close control on all operations performed, ensure against excessive cost or unnecessary duplication of labor employed and that equipment used is proper to its application and adequate for the planned usage. Checking parts or components being installed to ensure they are serviceable and acceptable within the meanings of FAR's and the company manual; and that hardware, supplies, or materials used in connection with work operations are an approved type and will not result in deterioration of structure, finish or installations by corrosive or other deleterious action. In addition assure all parts or components are properly stored or handled in an approved manner
* Assist Director of Maintenance with opening and closing line stations, including the employment and termination of personnel, leasing working space, acquiring vehicles and equipment, coordinating airport access, and setting up new vendors
* Receive incoming aircraft, screen Flight Log for incidents reportable under the Mechanical Reliability Report Procedures, and immediately remit information by quickest means of communication available (telephone, fax, or cable) to Director of Quality Control. Review pilot complaints, log entries, obtain clarification as necessary to ensure the entry provides sufficient information on which to base corrective action. Review DMI, COI, and NEF items and affect corrective action on all discrepancies that parts and time permit
* Effectively liaison with flight crew as required, ensure all servicing, repair or scheduled inspection operations will be accomplished in time available, and to perform; and supervise the performance of those requirements
* Ensure that all departing aircraft are serviceable in accordance with FAR's and the company manual, all work and servicing performed is properly documented and all equipment required for the condition of the flight is aboard and properly stowed. At enroute stations, ensure any parts removed and subsequently re-installed as part of the flyaway spares kit are properly secured; that airworthy release had been completed and recorded in accordance with company maintenance and inspection procedures.
* Advise the Maintenance Operational Control Center (MOCC) whenever parts are used from the flyaway spares kit by expeditious means, and to make entry in Aircraft Log book
* Coordinate with Director of Maintenance, Manager of Maintenance Control and/or Manager of Line Maintenance to resolve fleet maintenance issues, and make suggestions for improvement of fleet maintenance and reliability
* Assume the duties, responsibilities and authority of the Maintenance Supervisor at any location where company mechanics are utilized
* Perform ETOPS duties as defined in the ETOPS Policies and Procedures Manual (EPPM)
* Perform duties significant to the Lower Minimums Maintenance Program (LMP) as specified in GMM Chapter 12
* Perform review of Maintenance personnel and administer/seek disciplinary action when required
* Perform station audits

Skills
• Pilots must have flown in category for a commercial operator or in the military within the previous 24 months
• Maintains positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues, EMS representatives, hospitals and the public and strives to maintain a friendly and professional working environment
Operation and Safety Requirements: As a member of the Flight Crew, any person employed in this position shall maintain a weight not to exceed 250 pounds and shall be less than seventy (70) years old.
Visual Flight Rules (VFR) Program - Required Flight Times:
• 2000 total flight hours with minimum of 1500 flight hours in category
• 1000 hours PIC in category
• 500 hours of rotor wing turbine time
• 200 hours of cross-country flight time, at least 50 hours of which were at night
• 100 hours unaided night as PIC (or 50 hours of unaided with 100 hours of NVG time)
• 50 hours total actual or hood instrument time in flight and in category (simulator time does not count)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Commercial & Instrument Rating (for category and class of aircraft)
• ATP rating in category meets this requirement
• First OR Second Class FAA Medical certificate required.
Education & Experience
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two to five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Responsibilities
+ Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
+ Load and unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock, either individually or with assistance of co-worker, with or without mechanical freight handling equipment, as required.
+ Record quantity and type of shipments using bills of lading, delivery receipts and tally sheets.
+ Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
+ Develop and maintain professional and effective relations between our company and our customers.
+ Hook and unhook trailers from tractors, including cranking lever to raise and lower landing gear.
+ Inspect equipment for defects and safe operating condition as required by state/federal laws and AAA Cooper.
+ Fuel trucks and tractors.
+ Perform all other work related duties as assigned.

+ Class A Interstate Commercial Drivers' License with hazardous materials and double/triple endorsements

Physical Requirements
A Pick-up and Delivery Driver must have the ability to:
+ Be able to sit and remain alert while driving for an extended period of time.
+ Be able to shift manual transmission and operate foot pedals.
+ Perform frequent actions such as: squatting, bending, twisting, turning and reaching overhead.
+ Enter and exit trailers as many as 40+ times per day with the assistance of various handholds and steps.
+ Perform frequent pushing and pulling of freight up to 500 lbs. on a dolly or cart, as well as, freight weighing more than 100 lbs. with or without mechanical aid.
+ Frequently carry freight weighing up to 110 lbs. of varying size and shape up to a distance of 53 feet.
+ Spend up to 50% of the day standing and/or walking on surfaces such as concrete, wood, or metal.
+ Hook/unhook various commercial vehicle combinations, manually lower and raise landing gear, operate the fifth wheel release lever, and open and close the cargo door.
