1964

Since 1964, OMNIA Industries has supplied the industry with architectural hardware that is stylishly designed yet exceptionally functional.

2002

In 2002, Omnia was formed under the premise that there was an abundance of capital in the marketplace, but little REAL operating experience within the private equity markets.

2017

Then, in September 2017, OMNIA Partners acquired Corporate United, the nation’s largest indirect group purchasing organization, with over 400 leading member companies, many of which placing on the Fortune 1000.

2018

In 2018, OMNIA Partners finalized the purchase of United States Communities Government Purchasing Alliance (United States Communities). The United States Communities program provides world-class procurement resources to government, education and nonprofit entities

2021

In 2021, OMNIA Partners entered the multifamily industry with the acquisition of both PAS Purchasing Solutions and Buyers Access.
