May also assist in general housekeeping duties such as room/office cleaning; restroom maintenance, trash collection, or other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Preferred High School Diploma Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to read and write well enough to identify chemical agents, follow strict isolation procedures and complete paperwork Less than 2 years Minimum of one year of janitorial and floor care experience, preferably in a health care setting. Preferred SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Ability to plan and execute floor care projects with minimal guidance from the supervisor/manager of EVS. Effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to communicate housekeeping activities with patients, staff and visitors.
