Randall A. Lipps is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Omnicell, Inc., a provider of systems and software solutions to increase patient safety and operational efficiency in health care facilities. He is also the director at large of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Foundation's Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors for Radisphere, a radiology provider.

Joe Spears joined Omnicell in May 2012 as Vice President of Corporate Finance and soon took on the Corporate Controllership functions within the company. In late 2017, Mr. Spears assumed the role of Chief Accounting Officer-in which he leads the company’s Accounting, Tax, External Reporting, Corporate FP&A, and Travel activities. Prior to joining Omnicell, he served as Senior Director of Corporate Accounting Operations at eBay for eight years and was instrumental in building a global accounting organization to support eBay’s rapid growth. Mr. Spears previously held senior financial and accounting positions at IBM, Bay Networks, and Nortel Networks. He holds a BA in Business Administration from San Jose State University and is a past board member for the National Association of Black Accountants.

Peter Kuipers joined Omnicell in August 2015. Mr. Kuipers had served as CFO at Quantcast Corporation, a world leader in applying the power of big data and analytics to digital audience measurement and advertising. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and CFO at The Weather Company (TWC), operating The Weather Channel, weather.com, wunderground.com and its professional services division WSI. Earlier, Mr. Kuipers served in senior financial leadership roles at Yahoo!, Altera Corporation, General Electric Company, and Akzo Nobel. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in the Netherlands.

Giri Chodavarapu joined Omnicell in June 2018, leading our IT strategy and implementing and managing infrastructure and applications that support our business processes. Prior to Omnicell, Mr. Chodavarapu had a 17-year tenure at Finisar, a global technology leader of fiber optic subsystems and components, and most recently served as Vice President of Global IT. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Andhra University in India and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Jeff Schlossnagle joined Omnicell in January 2005. As Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, North America, Jeff has overall responsibility for Omnicell’s go to market sales strategy. He spearheaded efforts in establishing long-term customer partnerships, including initiatives related to the entire customer journey. Prior to joining Omnicell, Jeff gained commercial experience in both the pharmaceutical and financial industries. He holds a BA in Political Science from Elon University.

Scott Seidelmann joined Omnicell in April 2018. Prior to joining Omnicell, Mr. Seidelmann was the founder and CEO of Candescent Health, a cloud-based radiology workflow and analytics provider. He was previously co-founder and CEO of Radisphere Inc., one of the largest radiology practices in the U.S., which leveraged technology and analytics to transform the radiology care delivery model to improve quality and lower costs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Seidelmann held positions with Merrill Lynch and Ericsson Venture Partners, a technology venture capital firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

Diane Kaye is a Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at OMNICELL, INC and is based in Sudbury, Massachusetts. She has worked as Founder at Belmor Consulting and Advisory; Senior Manager, Health Care Practice at Analysis Group; and Chief Revenue Officer at Propeller Health. Diane studied at University of Rochester between 1987 and 1988 and University of Rochester between 1983 and 1987.
