Day in the Life As an Automation Pharmacy Technician 4, you'll play a critical role in supporting Omnicell's XR2 system, a groundbreaking technology that enables a more fully automated approach to medication inventory management, helping the pharmacy to focus on patient care. Your role includes: Equipment management, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Managing optimal medication inventory levels. Diligently reviewing and updating documentation. Effective customer communication for building strong relationships. Join us in this dynamic position and contribute to top-notch pharmacy services. Responsibilities Operate Omnicell automation at customers sites according to Omnicell SOPs and best practices. Perform return and restocking duties to optimize the customer's use of automation. Monitor and maintain formulary inventory levels to ensure availability of medications for daily dispensing. Responsible for prescribed maintenance of automation products and reporting unresolved issues to the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Perform daily and periodic cleaning of the equipment according to recommended best practices. Inspect robot cell daily for issues, wear, and functionality. Monitor system trends and report concerns. Resolve common system issues. Maintain a high level of communication to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution. Responsible for basic troubleshooting and maintenance of automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the appropriate helpdesk. Maintain a high level of communication with pharmacy operations manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism, and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between Omnicell and customer to assist with customer concerns. Conduct training and ensure completion of all required documents and compliance with all Pharmacy Services procedures and policies. Maintain fiscal responsibility for work-related expenses, complete expense reports, adhere to corporate card procedures, per Omnicell travel policies. Comply with reasonable procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility. Maintain national certification and all state required credentialing. Act as a resource or SME, for Omnicell team members, providing training and/or assistance either on site or remotely to ensure optimal workflow. Specialized Knowledge / Skills Good organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate great customer service skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with mechanical equipment. Working knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint. A self-starter who is able to work independently and follow a detailed plan. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work well with customers and with employees at various levels. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Active License/Registration from the State Board of Pharmacy non-expired Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT): PTCB or ExCPT certifications accepted. Preferred Knowledge and Skills Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. 2 years previous experience in hospital pharmacy automation. Basic Troubleshooting Skills with automation devices. Work Conditions Ability to travel for training. Pharmacy environment. 8-to-10-hour shifts. Working hours may be outside of normal business hours based on business or project needs. Capable of standing for several hours at a time. Potential exposure to hazardous drugs. Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Perform cooling calculations for heat load, cooling capacity, airflow, ventilation, humidity control, and pPUE calculations. Choose appropriate mechanical equipment including coolers, heaters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, ERVs, and ventilation fans. Design and develop mechanical schedules, piping one-lines, and system sequences of operations. Conduct CFD simulations utilizing Schneider IT Design CFD (training provided) for airflow modeling. Coordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure proper installation and compliance with applicable codes and standards via internal processes and design reviews. Solicit, review, and approve sub-consultant proposals and designs. Participate in customer meetings to discuss design requirements and constraints.     Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, based in our West Chester, Ohio site. The start date is targeted for February 2026, with part time work through the spring. The ideal candidate will stay full-time June through August 2026. Schneider Electric's Modular Data Center (MDC) line of business offers pre-engineered, factory-assembled IT infrastructure that includes power, cooling, racks, and management software. Our manufacturing facility has a world-class team that will help you gain practical experience in an Agile manufacturing environment. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to Schneider Electric's success. You will partner closely with experienced engineers and cross functional teams. You will also have the opportunity to network across multiple Schneider Electric manufacturing facilities. You'll build professional and technical skills in a role working on challenging, real-world problems. You will build relationships with interns/coops and leaders and prepare for a potential full-time position after graduation. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Support the design and optimization of manufacturing workflows and layouts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Assist in the implementation of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Prepare and present reports on project status and performance metrics. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CAD software (e. g. , AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
