**Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 (IV Compounding)** The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will be responsible for maintaining all unit-dose medications required for daily dispensing from the Omnicell automated IV equipment. The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will prepare and maintain the Omnicell IV automated equipment for daily use, perform advanced equipment troubleshooting, maintain optimal medication inventory levels, review / maintain reports. The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will engage with various levels of customer service by identifying and addressing any customer concerns and report to the Pharmacy Services Manager.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with prescribed guidelines.
+ Perform IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.
+ Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.
+ Responsible for identifying/ordering medications to ensure medication inventories are at optimal levels.

+ Responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting and prescribed maintenance of IV automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the IV HD.
+ Maintain a high level of communication with pharmacy services manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.
+ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between OMCL and customer to assist with customer concerns.
+ Comply with IV Compounding procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility.
+ Complete negative fingertip and media fill sampling.
+ Maintain state and/or national credentialing to meet established guidelines.

The APC Consultant will be responsible for implementing online control and optimization strategies at customer manufacturing locations, using Schneider Electric's APC software technology. Build functional requirements documentation conveying a broad understanding of customer practices, identifying local habits and specificities co-designing solutions with targeted user
Collaborate with countries local electrical experts on code compliance & standards, and relevant design calculation input as per those relevant standards
Identify, document, and convey to design teams, target countries localization requirements linked to local offer and local electrical design practices
Give inputs to the product team about the different electrical global and local standards
Act as the voice of customer and business towards the development team
Participating and/or leading one-on-one and team sessions with peers, colleagues, partners, and customers that highlight Electrical Engineers business objectives, business issues and their resolution
Developing/delivering/leading Schneider industry strategy workshops for internal Schneider, as well as, partner consumption.
As guided by the QA/Testing leader, contribute to the definition of user acceptance test plans and acceptance criteria along with the Product Manager
Actively develops, manages, and nurtures select customer relationships, conducting ongoing, in-depth analysis of customer long-term technology issues and strategies for future roadmap development along with Product Managers and Product Owners

What will you do? Learn to read and interpret basic specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
Assist in preparing hardware documentation and simple programming tasks with mentor support.
Support the team in maintaining engineering standards and basic sequences of operations.
Help review project documents such as coordination drawings and material lists.
Participate in resolving project issues through research and communication with team members.
Contribute to project close-out by organizing final documentation and drawings.
Learn and use engineering tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, and other internal tools.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
