The Inside Sales Representative, Level I (ISR I) is responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling EnlivenHealth solutions to single-store independent pharmacies. The ISR I will grow the EnlivenHealth customer base, increase market share, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. The role manages both new prospects and existing accounts and works collaboratively with Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams to execute sales strategies. The ISR I is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales.

Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with prescribed guidelines.
Perform IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.
Responsible for identifying/ordering medications to ensure medication inventories are at optimal levels.
Responsible for monitoring and ordering consumable supplies required for the operation of the equipment.
Responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting and prescribed maintenance of IV automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the IV HD.
Maintain a high level of communication with pharmacy services manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between OMCL and customer to assist with customer concerns.
Comply with IV Compounding procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility.
Complete negative fingertip and media fill sampling.
Maintain state and/or national credentialing to meet established guidelines.
