The Director of Product Management for Point-of-Care (POC) Nursing Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and successful delivery of our comprehensive nursing portfolio, with a primary focus on our Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) line and related POC workflow solutions. This individual will own the entire product lifecycle, driving sustained customer impact and market leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Define and champion the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the POC Nursing Solution portfolio, translating market dynamics, technological trends, and customer insights into a compelling strategic vision.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric decision-making. Empower the team to own product decisions and outcomes from ideation through commercialization.
Own the development and commercialization of new nursing solutions, including market definition, pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and overall business performance.
Serve as the internal expert on nursing workflows, medication management at the point of care, and competitive landscape. Regularly engage with customers to gather insights and validate product opportunities and hypotheses.
Act as the partner bridging Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch readiness, and consistent communication throughout the organization.
Drive rigorous, data-informed prioritization across the product roadmap to maximize customer value and accelerate business growth, effectively balancing technical debt, innovation, and feature delivery
Required Qualifications:
10+ years in product management with a focus on developing and managing technology solutions (hardware and/or software)
5+ years of experience in leading and managing Product Managers
Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing B2B hardware/software solutions
Strategic thinking ability to connect market trends, customer needs, and company strategy into compelling product strategy and roadmaps
Experience in leading product planning cycles, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic bets
Business acumen, including comfort with pricing strategies, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional leadership
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical, clinical, and executive audiences

SUMMARY:
The Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting in various projects within the Linear Accelerator R&D group in Sunnyvale, California. Primary duties will include assembling, modifying, instrumenting, and repairing prototype microwave linear accelerator systems that are under development for cancer therapy products. Individual will work closely with team of engineers to perform tests on these systems, maintaining and improving the workspaces where these systems are located. He/She will assist staff with various product development tasks including procurement, documentation, following quality procedures, etc.
REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:
Reports to the Microwave & Linac Engineering Manager in the Linear Accelerator R&D Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble, build, test and help troubleshoot the first four prototype EOS beam generation sub systems. Setup up, perform and document all project Unit Test Cases (UTC).
Maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and repair radiation delivery systems. These systems include analog and digital electronics, PLC's, microcontrollers, computers, power supplies, modulators, magnetrons, waveguide, RF circulators, linear accelerators, radiation shielding, water cooling, radiator systems, pneumatic systems, and ionization chambers.
Maintain and operate instrumentation; oscilloscopes, RF power meters, flow meters, high voltage probes, voltage and current meters, dosimetric equipment.
Support the engineering groups in assembly, testing, and documentation of new products.
Manage inventory of spare and alternate parts necessary to maintain and reconfigure radiation delivery systems; procure replacement/new parts through supply chain, manufacturing, and/or service as needed.
Assist in the procurement, control, maintenance, and calibration of bunker-related test equipment, tools, etc.
Work with teams of engineers to perform tests on these systems. Contribute to develop of test plans and assist with their execution. Assist with organizing testing and documentation of the resulting data.
Work effectively with other engineers, scientists, and suppliers.
Work effectively with project managers, providing work estimates and reporting status and issues in a timely manner for each applicable project.
Complete projects in a timely manner with proper documentation, reporting promptly the progress, plans, and problems in a concise manner.
Facilitate maintenance of accurate, up-to-date logs of system configuration and usage by all bunker users.
Be available for off site training as needed in Madison Wisconsin or at customer sites.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred or Desired:
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Experience building custom wire connectors as needed, such as Molex connectors.
Knowledge and experience with high-voltage systems (30-50kV).
Knowledge and experience with RF systems.
SW experience, particularly python, scripting, and/or LabVIEW
Experience in test fixture development.
Experience working with commercial electrical power systems; relays, contactors, switch boxes, transformers, 3-phase power.
Experience in system configuration management.
Ability to operate a forklift
Required:
AS or BS in Electronic Technology or equivalent degree or experience
At least 2-3 year of lab experience including testing and troubleshooting in electronics or other relevant manufacturing industry. Suitable work experience in a technically related field may be considered in lieu of formal education
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex electromechanical systems
Mechanical aptitude and experience with shop tools.
Experience with cabling, connectors, grounding schemes, AC and DC power systems.
Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, DVM's and function generators
Good verbal and written communications skills
Good computer skills, including the use of standard office software programs including spreadsheet, word-processing, and email applications
Ability to read electrical schematics

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000.
Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity. The Motion Control Engineer is responsible for the research, planning, design, and development of the core software elements that control the critical motion mechanisms contributing to the function and performance Accuray's radiation therapy products. This specialized role will also assist with defining the high-level architecture and detailed hardware implementation of these motion devices, leveraging a cross-functional skillset across multiple applicable engineering disciplines (Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, etc) to help solve complex engineering problems.
