Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Reports to: VP, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis & Treasury The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be a key leader within the Finance organization, responsible for the consolidation of financial plans, forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. This role will support executive-level decision-making through the preparation of high-impact reports and presentations for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee. While the role does not have direct reports, it requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Commercial Finance, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting teams. This is an individual contributor position, not a people manager role. Key Responsibilities Lead the consolidation of financial planning cycles including budget, forecast, and long-range planning across the full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools. Support M&A and integration activities as needed. Required Knowledge and Skills Strong command of financial planning and analysis in a global, public company environment. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at the Executive level. Proven ability to manage complex processes and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EPM). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including consolidation and executive reporting. Preferred Qualifications MBA in Finance or related discipline. Public company experience in FP&A (4+ years). Experience with SAP and Oracle EPM. Setup up, perform and document all project Unit Test Cases (UTC). Maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and repair radiation delivery systems. The Automotive Product Marketing Manager works with global automotive customers as well as partners to identify and design in next generation program opportunities. As a member of the Automotive Marketing Team, PMM is responsible of new product idea (NPI) generation and providing technical analysis of NPI's, competitive devices, and system-level requirements. PMM also acts as a technical project manager for customer R&D projects, platform developments as well as partner reference designs. Conducted full-chip, block-level, and transistor-level simulations using HSPICE/Spectre to validate functionality. Perform the block level and transistor level layout design using CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre. Collaborate with verification, process, test, and application engineers to debug, characterize and optimize the performance.
