Align Cross-Functional Messaging - Partner with Marketing and Solution Sales to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment; collaborate with Product to keep sales informed of new features and updates. Drive Ongoing Training & Development - Design and facilitate internal enablement programs including annual sales kickoffs, quarterly business reviews, and soft-skills training to foster continuous growth. Lead Sales Communications - Manage internal communications to the sales team, including newsletters, updates, and training schedules to ensure alignment and engagement. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles within a SaaS or digital health environment. Proven success in designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and learning management systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience in healthcare technology or a regulated industry. Ability to translate complex product features into compelling sales narratives.
