Act as the partner bridging Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch readiness, and consistent communication throughout the organization.
Drive rigorous, data-informed prioritization across the product roadmap to maximize customer value and accelerate business growth, effectively balancing technical debt, innovation, and feature delivery
Required Qualifications:
10+ years in productmanagement with a focus on developing and managing technology solutions (hardware and/or software)
5+ years of experience in leading and managingProductManagers
Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing B2B hardware/software solutions

About the Opportunity:
The Director of Product Development will lead,manage, and provide the strategic direction for the product development function within the AFM business. He/she will own and deliver the timely completion of new product introductions to enable continued growth of our AFM business.

Brief Job Overview
The Sr. Director, Marketing, Generic Medicines will drive a strategic growth strategy for USP standards and solutions in line with USP revenue growth goals.
