As the Biddable Manager, you will oversee both paid search and programmatic campaigns, managing strategy, execution, optimization and analysis to maximize campaign ROI and meet business goals across multiple digital channels. This comprehensive role blends the tactical management of PPC campaigns with the technical, strategic, and operational oversight required for programmatic media buying and optimization. Responsibilities * Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, alongside managing programmatic buying through DSPs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative media strategies that exceed client's expectations * Manage, track and evaluate campaign performance and ensure budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs * Understand the client's lines of business, marketing objectives and digital goals, presenting to clients on a regular basis * Work in platform to implement, activate, troubleshoot, optimize and draw insights from campaigns * Evaluate new inventory opportunities, negotiate programmatic buys, and manage SSP partnerships * Develop programs and partnerships that optimize new-to-market opportunities, custom executions, and/or optimal added-value elements * Work in collaboration with cross-channel digital team to ensure media buys are being properly measured to deliver rich insights to our clients * Stay informed on paid media ecosystem developments and proactively implement improvements * Manage the work of junior team members and foster their professional growth Qualifications * 4-6 years of experience in digital media investment; expertise required in paid search, programmatic knowledge strongly preferred; with financial accounts a plus * Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and DV360 * Ability to provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics * Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and writing skills * Solid team player with collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn and contribute * Highly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills * Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or engineering This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Responsibilities External facing responsibilities: * Consulting with clients to identify business problems / opportunities and develop practical analytics roadmaps to make measurable impact on business outcomes. * Lead the consumer segmentation and audience identification processes. * Become a trusted advisor to client leads and senior clients and consult on audience strategy, measurement, and advanced analytics * Share POVs regarding industry changes in the data and analytics space (future of measurement, new data solutions like clean rooms, attention measurement, etc.) * Leading the development and execution of the measurement plan and revisiting the plan on an ongoing basis to revise it based on your most recent learnings. * Distilling complex concepts and analytic solutions into a compelling data story with actionable conclusions to support decision making. * Identifying growth opportunities at the brand and portfolio level innovation and the adoption of new analytics technologies. * Investigating the impact of new data sources and technologies on the future of marketing and the vertical our brands are operating. * Providing ad hoc support to the clients to solve broad strategic marketing problems. * Leading and mentoring direct reports: Continually assess capabilities, provide a roadmap for career growth and institute goals to build / expand skills. Internal facing responsibilities: * Partner with the Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing budget / plan optimization. * Recruit new talent. * Lead and mentor direct reports: continually assess capabilities, provide a roadmap for career growth and institute goals to build / expand skills. * Keep in front of industry trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events. Required Skills * Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user level data). * Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development. * Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising. * Solution development: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic & operational issues as relates to data and analytics. Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution. * Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience. * Stellar communication and presentation skills: we need someone who is articulate, engaging and straightforward - and, above all, can effectively and convincingly translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs. * Ability to train and coach colleagues for growth: being organized and detail oriented, prioritizing work, business writing & presenting, conducting analysis, and project management (scope, budgeting, timing).
