Toxic work environment. Advancement is possible if you befriend the right people. It's not what you know with this company but who you know. If you have penny loafers and skinny jeans it will far outweigh actual railroad experience and you will have a great career.
Rewarding job but huge turnover tells you all you need to know. People don't leave companies, they leave managers.
Nothing, there was absolutely nothing to like about working there. They hire anyone that show signs of life. Only thing on their mind is the bottom lie.
Everything. They bring people in that have no clue of the operation and tell you it's their way or the highway.
3 months severance and 3 months medical insurance.
