POSITION SUMMARY:
The People Operations Manager (POM) manages the People Operations team, which includes Coordinators and Generalists. Responsible for the day-to-day HR support of the organization. Works closely with all areas of the People Department to ensure a high level of customer service and efficient operations.
Responsible for planning and implementation of quarterly and annual cycles/programs (focal and merit, recognition, health screening, etc.). Ensures collaborative and interwoven partnerships to support open enrollment, wage and hour compliance, government reporting, security, safety, payroll, and other appropriate work.
Develops relationships across the organization that are grounded in trust and authenticity. Ensures equitable application of policies and helps improve policies and processes to support On Lok and its employees. Creates an environment where employees receive a high level of customer service and respect, helping them feel heard, appreciated, and stay engaged. Stays informed of new legislation and changing requirements.
Serves as the People Generalist of the People Department and a key point of contact for directors and senior leaders; provides coaching and mentoring to the team as well as leaders across the organization.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Responsibilities
* Effectively supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, development and exit processes.
* Ensures adherence to policies, regulations and employment laws and makes or recommends improvements to reduce risks while maintaining a positive employee centric culture.
* Streamlines processes to improve productivity.
* Works independently to meeting assigned objectives while adhering to approved budgets.
* Leads change efforts and various People (Employee) Relations activities.
* Identifies root causes and recommends effective and holistic solutions.
* Oversees the effective maintenance and updates of employee documentation, including employee data files and reports, policies and procedures, the Employee Handbook, and audit readiness activities.
Staff Leadership & Management
* Creates a strong customer service culture within the People Department.
* Supports and trains the staff and organization in identifying trends, addressing simple to complex and sensitive matters/situations. This is inclusive of reasonable accommodation, validation and investigation of allegations, gross misconduct, policy violations, or separations, workers' compensation claims, health screening requirements and return to work accommodations, and various protocols.
* Provides guidance to staff on navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics, facilitation of complaint resolution, including investigations.
Partnerships with Cross-Functional Teams
* Guides supervisors/leaders on effective management of employee performance, i.e., coaching, ongoing and timely feedback, career growth, progressive discipline activities and performance improvement plans.
* Coaches supervisors/leaders on team dynamics to build and grow successful inclusive teams, identify and motivate high performers, and navigate difficult conversations. Provides guidance to ensure compliance with internal policies and practices as well as employment laws and regulations.
* Partners with Talent Management and staff to support workforce planning, recruitment, benefits and compensation programs, engagement and education.
* Supports the implementation and execution of training and employee retention strategies, including developing staff and facilitating training programs that is designed to reinforce On Lok's culture.
* Works closely with the Internal Communications for organization-wide announcements.
* Collaborates with Security/Safety on preventing workplace violence, development of proactive safety programs, and responses to accidents or worker's compensation reports.
* Partners with Legal and Compliance on policies, employee relations, employee handbook, work ethics and appeal situations; recommends best practices.
* Supports the Payroll Department to ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, train and guide supervisors on time and attendance administration and help ensure the lowest possible legal and financial risk exposures.
* Supports the Director, People Operations with committee activities; prepares reports and materials, and attends various internal Committees.
Other Responsibilities
* Handles escalated matters; attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, separations, and investigations.

QUALIFICATIONS (knowledge, skills, abilities):
* Associate's Degree in Human Resources or business-related field or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's preferred.
* 6+ years Human Resources-related experience with strong knowledge and background in employee relations, workers' compensation, leaves and accommodations, change management.
* 2+ years Human Resource Staff management experience, HRIS software applications as a user and administrator.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Transportation Coordinator, the Driver will provide transportation services to all participants and make any deliveries and pickups as needed or assigned.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safe operation of vehicles (includes proper use of wheelchair tie down, use of lift, etc.) while transporting participants from their homes to the Day Health Centers and community appointments.

Their engagement will take the form of participation in or sponsorship of local community events, individual provider co-marketing programs and targeted member outreach activities in conjunction with community partners.
Medicare Field Sales Agent will report to the Manager of Medicare Sales and Retention. The incumbent will be assigned specific responsibilities as determined by their manager based on opportunities identified related to product offerings, geographic or other market segmentation criteria.
The agent will be expected to generate new enrollments and achieve established retention targets through consistent and thoughtful member and prospect engagement activities. The agent must consistently complete proven "best practice" based activities to develop and manage their territories and/or assignments and provide regular status reporting at predetermined intervals via the sales departments established activity and performance tracking system. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Member Services Representatives (MSR) are the first point of contact for our members' primary contact with the Alliance for both routine and complex member issues with the goal of delivering excellent customer service to our customers. The position is responsible for answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Respond to all communications coming into Member Services in the form of email, fax, letters, chat and phone calls. Timely responses to all member communication are essential. Must effectively prioritize and flex the workload as new communication and tasks are submitted. Identify the caller's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives whenever possible. Accurately and consistently document all conversations in the electronic database. This position is a liaison between the plan, the provider network, and other community agencies. The MSR positions are flexibly staffed classification and work is expected to be performed minimally at the MRS II level. However, the initial selection will be made at the entry level MSR I. Our more advanced level position of the series is the MSR III who will be required to perform a variety of complex matters.
Member Services Representatives are under the direction of a Member Services Supervisor, Manager and Director, and service our members through our call center as well assisting other departments with responses to member issues by initiating communication between departments to ensure action, cooperation, and compliance of managed care operations.
Member Services Representative I
This position which requires the ability to work as a team player within the Alliance and with external contacts, make sound judgments based on analysis of information, be an effective communicator, active listener and balance advocacy for the member with the policy provisions such as plan policies, EOC, regulatory guidelines, and DMHC/DHCS rules and regulations. The MSR provides courteous, professional, and accurate responses to incoming inquiries regarding network, plan benefits, eligibility, authorizations, plan services and guidelines, as well make decisions with the goal of ensuring member satisfaction and retention. The MSR performs a variety of complex functions and is also responsible for maintaining accurate and complete inquiry/grievance records in the electronic database. Maintains compliance with DMHC regulatory requirements and DHCS contractual obligations. MSR I staff who demonstrate proficiency in meeting, maintaining and exceeding principal performance objectives and metrics may be eligible to be promoted to a Member Services II or III role. Member Services Representative I staff may be eligible for promotion to Member Services Representative II or III positions once they have worked as a MSR I for a minimum of 12 months to be proficient with program and system knowledge in addition to meeting performance matrix requirements.

* Serve as the primary contact for members, providers and others for questions related to claims, benefits, authorizations, pharmacy, member eligibility and other questions related to Alameda Alliance and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their inquiries or concerns.
* Respond to and resolve member service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility, claims, behavioral health, and care coordination.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Security Officer is a uniform position that is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for participants and employees by enforcing security policies and procedures. Under the direction of the Security Supervisor, the Security Officer will be posted at the Front Desk monitoring, visitors, staff, participants, and unauthorized people trying to enter the building. POSITION SUMMARY: This position has a matrixed reporting structure to the Program/Center Manager and Center Support Supervisor, or may report to a Reception Supervisor if applicable. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Rehabilitation Aide provides functional maintenance therapy services to On Lok participants under the clinical supervision of Physical and Occupational Therapists. * Record daily treatment service in the rehabilitation Monthly Service Record (FMP Flow Sheet) accurately and in a timely manner.

* Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of therapy equipment and devices according to agency cleaning protocols.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, the Center Supervisor provides operational support to the PACE center by directing and supervising the administrative support staff and the center geriatric aides.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides supervision, leadership, and direction to the center-based Geriatric Aides (I & II).
Manages GA and administrative support staff schedules and implements staffing plan.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Social Worker provides direct case management services to On Lok participants. The primary role of the MSW is to assist participants and their family/caregivers to cope with the social and emotional issues and practical arrangements related to maintaining their independence. Your final compensation offer will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and licenses/certifications. The pay range is expressed as an hourly rate regardless of FLSA status. Exempt positions are paid salaried and are not subject to overtime.
