As an Agency Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs to placing candidates in roles that fit their skills and career aspirations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Candidate Sourcing:**
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- **Screening and Interviewing:**
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer skills tests and assessments as needed.
- **Candidate Placement:**
- Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on their qualifications and career goals.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and provide timely feedback to both parties.
- **Offer Management:**
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates on behalf of clients.
- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Relationship Management:**
- Maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates to support their career development and handle any post-placement issues.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with up-to-date information and advice.
- **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
