Good pay.
Mandatory OT which was presented in interview as occasional. Jan-April mandatory 10 hour days and at least 4 hrs on weekend. Needed to HIRE instead. Typical favoritism, and mgt had different goals and expectations of different employees. Erratic training. Definite ageism. They should just hire young people, not go for those of us who have experience and drive us into the ground. Not a good experience.
The pay was good.
Not much. No interaction higher than HR Director.
They can figure this out themselves. I have no intention of offering my advice.

Talking to patients. I also liked speaking to reps at insurance companies.
