What You'll Do The Website Developer will participate in the cross-functional, collaborative eco-system between key business owners and will function as the technical expert responsible for creating and maintaining websites and web applications for Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, and ConnectMed360. The Website Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining our web presence. You will collaborate with designers and content creators to transform website designs into functional and user-friendly web experiences. Website Developer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the company's strategic plan, execution of high-quality, responsive websites, in making digital marketing recommendations, and developing digital marketing opportunities. How You'll Do This
Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to understand website requirements and functionalities
Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and user needs
Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
Integrate content management systems (CMS) to allow for content creation and editing by non-technical users.
Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times
Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across various devices.
Optimize website performance for speed and search engines.

What You Bring Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or related field
2+ years as a website developer or related field. Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
Previous experience with execution of diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Java Script or relevant front-end framework like React or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
A passion for building high quality and visually appealing websites.
Preferred:
Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB experience preferred.

This position will be home based with minimal travel as required to execute the following: Regional Director Major Responsibilities: • Seeks out opportunities for prescriber experience process improvement and collaborates with Pharmacy OPS and outside sales to achieve prescriber experience improvement and sales goals • Achieves designated call expectations for assigned prescribers with a focus on top targets, key influencers, and pipeline leads • Responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting, and developing key oncology practice and hospital-based business relationships within targeted regional territory • Assists with sales escalations and communicates routinely with field sales representative partner about details impacting prescriber or patient experience • Supports education and delivery of key messages and product presentations within initiatives (i.e. Selling our Success communication, drug launches, etc.) designed to ensure territory meets performance requirements • Responsible for forwarding calls pertaining to clinical information and questions (i.e., dosing directions, adverse events, counseling, etc.) to Staff Pharmacists • Documents and meticulously makes notations in each patient's profile and/or CRM regarding every update and aspect of a customer's/physician's care or needs • Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling customer complaints received, while documenting and forwarding to appropriate administrative staff. • Obtains and manages prescriber communication preferences • Nurtures and manages prescriber relationship to improve loyalty, and retention. • Utilizes SPOC Tool to ensure all SPOC account prescriptions are processed quickly and efficiently throughout the workflow process. • Assists operations staff and prescriber offices with prior authorizations by following up on outstanding issues and assisting with coordination and communication. • Ensure that prescription renewal requests are communicated in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care when applicable. • Works collaboratively with sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Regional Director Qualifications:

About the role:

You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute:
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: LPN or LVN
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy

What is the Role?

Strategic Talent Acquisition

What education and experience are required?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.

About the Job
This role is responsible for supporting market access strategy and execution for Dupixent Rhinology Allergy and Gastroenterology (RGA) franchise, specifically CRSwNP, EoE & pipeline indications. This role is instrumental in executing upon and integrating payer tactics aligned with franchise strategy, life cycle management, the pricing & contracting approach across payer channels and ensuring customer-facing teams are appropriately trained and resourced on current and future strategies for Dupixent franchise. Main Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic and tactical execution for the Dupixent Access Strategy team for CRSwNP, EoE & RGA pipeline indications, and integration of payer marketing tactics into brand business and alliance management
Support and oversee relevant Dupixent payer brand budget for therapeutic area project work
Support strategic and tactical execution for the Dupixent Value & Access team and integration of payer marketing tactics into brand business and alliance management
Collaborate with the brand therapeutic areas and provide input into brand strategy and tactical development for Dupixent indications, serving as expert for the payer, distributor and channel perspective and ensuring economic considerations are incorporated
Assess the need to implement an unbranded and branded payer media plan supporting the Dupixent strategic plan, as applicable
Partner with HEVA business partners to inform real world evidence generation and ensure health economic activities are in place to meet the needs of payers while demonstrating value across the Dupixent franchise
Execute on market access strategies and plans, including the brands' value story, and help to integrate tactics into the overall brand plan
Identify gaps in current market access understanding and develop plans to gain direct payer insights through primary research, advisory boards, etc., and work with vendors to implement projects in a timely, impactful manner
Develop strong value communication platform and messaging to support access targets and goals
Uncover pull through & push-through opportunities and advise on execution of pull & push-through strategies for all channels and geographies based upon formulary position and opportunity
Manage vendors/agencies, including the development of RFPs, review, selection and milestones achievement towards contract deliverables
