One particularly notable acquisition was the purchase of the print manufacturer Hano Business Forms in early 1993.
Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (“Annaly”) was founded in 1996 out of the collaboration of a handful of forward-thinking entrepreneurs, including Michael A. J. Farrell and Wellington J. Denahan.
The Print Management Division--formerly SFI--was spun off in June 1998 into Workflow Management, Inc., a new corporation based in Palm Springs, Florida.
Will originally joined MSC, a One Call legacy company, in 1999 where he was the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the durable medical equipment, home health and dental product lines.
Workflow started 1999 with another string of acquisitions.
In mid-1999 Workflow created iGetSmart.com as a separate business unit for its online ordering system iGetSmart.
But the subsequent bear market for technology stocks led Workflow to cancel the offering and create iGetSmart.com, Inc. as an independent subsidiary in 2000.
The acquisitions of the last few years brought Workflow's annual sales to $547.1 million in 2000 with a net income of $23.15 million.
In 2002 Workflow's acquisition spree came to an end as the company shifted its focus to integration of its many branches.
Loans totaling $50 million were due in 2003.
In 2019, Jay first joined One Call as a member of the Board of Directors, a position he still maintains today.
Prior to his position as CEO, Jay joined One Call as President in 2021.
