He was the CTO of Cost-U-Less Insurance Center where he built the enterprise systems that helped the company triple in size. He was also the CIO, managing an IT department that supported more than 600 employees. He has held technology leadership positions at ClearSide General Insurance Services, which is now part of GMAC, and GreenPath Insurance Company, which is now part of Aspire General Insurance. Immediately prior to co-founding One Inc, Tim was an architect at Active Networks where he built multiple enterprise-level systems for online registration for recreation management, facility management and reservations, health club membership management, and a multi-language IVR solution. Tim also ran a software development company that has created multiple systems including CRM, forms management, restaurant chain point-of-sale, and a document generation and management system for Standard Register, a national printing company. He has been active in the technology community, teaching multiple courses to help others gain certification in various programming languages. Many of his students have gone on to become architects, CIOs, and CTOs of companies.
