The Role: The Director of Communications will lead strategy, storytelling, and brand visibility for One Family Illinois, crafting compelling narratives that elevate our mission and drive donor engagement.
One Family Illinois is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Communications to lead the organization's brand, messaging, and public presence. Reporting directly to the Chief Advancement Officer, this role leads the Communications Team and is responsible for elevating the One Family Illinois brand across platforms, positioning the CEO as a thought leader in child and family welfare, and producing strategic content that increases individual and institutional giving.
This role is also responsible for helping achieve the Communications Team's 2025 revenue goal of $250,000 through print, email marketing, and social media campaigns. By aligning storytelling and strategy with our mission, this position plays a critical role in building trust, driving donor engagement, and strengthening One Family Illinois' visibility and credibility.
This is a high-impact role that currently oversees one full-time team member and requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can balance vision with execution while the team continues to grow.
Specific Duties:
· Lead the execution and refinement of the 2025-2026 Annual Communications Strategic Plan.
· Supervise the Digital Content & Design Specialist, finalize their KPIs, and conduct their annual performance review.
· Develop and launch the organization's first email marketing strategy, including welcome emails, two fundraising campaigns in 2025, event announcements, and executive communications.
· Execute a multi-platform campaign to grow the email subscriber list through social media, in-person events, the website, and referral partnerships.
· Serve as lead writer for executive messaging, quarterly donor mailers, campaign narratives, media outreach, and organizational publications.
· Maintain and oversee execution of the organization's brand strategy and style guide, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and voice across all content and departments.
· Collaborate with the CEO to write all her external communications and create a press kit to help secure public speaking opportunities and press interviews for her.
· Lead the development of a comprehensive social media strategy, setting goals for engagement, growth, and alignment with fundraising and campaign objectives.
· Lead the Digital Content & Design Specialist in creating all the 35th anniversary digital and print marketing materials, including the invitation, social media advertisements, Eventbrite page, and web page.
· Ensure the 35th Anniversary Gala sells out and lead the production of all event materials, including the PowerPoint presentation, event video, and signage, in collaboration with external contractors.
· Oversee the development and production of the organization's annual report, including gathering data and stories across departments, writing messaging and narratives, supervising the Digital Content & Design Specialist in designing the layout, contracting a writer if additional support is needed, and coordinating with a print vendor to ensure timely and high-quality production.
· Manage communications and marketing vendors, including contract agreements, deliverable timelines, invoice tracking, and ensure payments are made on time.
· Review communications performance reports, conduct analysis, and direct the Digital Content & Design Specialist in making changes to enhance engagement and reach.
· Partner with Program teams to create storytelling that inspires action and reflects lived experience.
· Partner with HR to develop recruitment marketing and messaging.
· Lead crisis communications and reputation management in partnership with the executive team when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor of Arts in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing
· Minimum of six years of experience in nonprofit communications, with a strong portfolio of work that supports fundraising and brand growth.
· At least two years of experience supervising staff or leading teams.
· At least one year of ghostwriting experience for a CEO or executive leader
· Ability to connect with and interview families, children, and individuals from all backgrounds to build trust and tell their stories authentically and in a humanizing way.
· Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns; prior use of Emma or similar platforms is a plus.
· Experience communicating with individual donors and foundations through digital and print messaging that inspires support and long-term partnership.
· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a variety of formats.
· High emotional intelligence and empathy with strong organizational and project management skills
· Ability to delegate tasks and collaborate with a range of internal and external partners.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Experience with Blackbaud or similar CRM/donor software is a plus.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
· Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) is a plus.
· A deep belief that every child deserves a loving home where they can grow, thrive, and embrace the joys of childhood.
· Understanding of the complexities that lead families into the foster care system, poverty, and other challenges is preferred.
· Ability to travel to One Family Illinois' various program sites and offices across Auburn Gresham, Back of the Yards, University Village, Lockport, and downtown Chicago.
· Ability to work occasionally in the evenings and weekends for events and special projects.
· Must be able to pass a DCFS criminal background check and drug screening.
· Must be able to provide proof of a medical physical and a negative TB test result.

The Role:
The Part-time Education & Enrichment Specialist is responsible for providing educational support and advocacy, as well as enrichment opportunities for youth entering emergency, temporary placement within the One Family Illinois Safe Have Program. Including, but not limited to delivering programs focused on academic support, the arts, leadership
development, social development and/or life skills. The primary goal of these enrichment activities are to improve the well-being of One Family Illinois children, families, and community related to cultural enrichment, as well as the mental, emotional, and physical health of the children.
Responsibilities:
Builds trusting, respectful, and appropriate relationships with youth in the Safe Haven Program to support their transition both on and off the Village.
Connects with school administration, teachers, school social work team, etc. at school of origin for youth entering the Safe Haven Program to learn more about youth's educational background and struggles.
Collaborates with youth(s) support team to evaluate appropriateness of current school and make recommendations on alternative school options if and when appropriate.
Communicates regularly with teachers, school counselors, school social workers, and principals to ensure our youth are being supported educationally, emotionally, and socially in the classroom
Advocates for youth in Safe Haven Program to obtain necessary services such as IEPs/504s, as well as other services specific to youth in foster care.
Works with Professional Foster Parents and Child Welfare Team to complete requests for necessary educational assessments and evaluations dependent on youth's age and educational status.
Collaborates with Full Time Education & Family Enrichment Specialist to develop and execute age-appropriate programming to supplement school and other engagement activities that the children take part in.
Works with the Professional Foster Parents on the Village, the Village Program Director, the Village Program Assistant, the Advancement department, the Clinical department, and members of the Village Administrative Team regarding client and community needs and service availability
Grows and maintains relationships with local schools and community partners.
Monitors progress report and report card grades and assist in pairing youth with educational assistance, such as tutoring, when needed.
Develop, enhance, implement, and oversee enrichment programs at the Village to enhance the lives of the children and families, including after-school programs and summer activities inclusive of life skills, self-awareness, self-esteem, arts and culture, donor/corporate activities.
Help transition youth moving into and out of the Village by providing introductions, opportunities to participate in activities, and access to important resources in their communities.
Maintain tracking system and provide periodic reports. Track and evaluate the success of the programs implemented to regularly assess and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education or other relevant field or high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of college and 1-2 years of experience working directly with youth and program development preferred.
Experience working with youth ranging from preK-12th grade, specifically those who have experienced hardship or trauma.
Experience advocating students within public and charter school systems, specifically Chicago Public Schools, a plus.
Ability to pass DCFS required criminal background check including CANTS/SACWIS and SORS.
Valid Illinois driver's license with acceptable driving record; insured and reliable transportation, as the position will be split between Villages and will be involved within the communities.

The Role:
The Village Program Assistant provides support to Operations, providing administrative support at each Village, as well as to the programming at the Village itself, to ensure smooth running of the programmatic and administrative functions at each Village. The Village Program Assistant works on-site at the Village to directly and indirectly support the children, families, and staff associated with the One Family Illinois sibling foster care program, including the education, clinical, and licensing departments and functions. Responsibilities:
Provide on-site in-office customer service and administrative services to One Family Illinois staff, guests, clients, and other contacts.
Manage the daily operations of the office, including screening, greeting, and assisting visitors and callers to the agency and direct them to appropriate personnel. Responsible for the Village phone mainline answering, transferring and message taking, mail sorting and distribution, and coordinating deliveries.
In collaboration with the Director of Programs and Services and Chief Operating Officer (COO), support the orientation and onboarding of new Village Foster/Relief Parents and other Village staff through accurate and timely scheduling, as well as the distribution of staff IDs, Parent Manuals/Handbooks, and other materials and forms.
Oversee the Relief Parent process at your Village to ensure it is implemented appropriately and directly supervise the Relief Parent staff.
Coordinate the transition of youth moving into and out of the village (i.e. welcome packages, introduction and farewell gatherings).
Work with Child Welfare Supervisor to support the timely completion, and tracking of all DCFS required paperwork, including 906, 1420, 1425, and UIR's.
Work with Quality Assurance and Director of Programs and Services to ensure quality standards for programs and services. Oversees QI Process to ensure QSR Reports and Peer Reviews are completed within the required time frames. Completes necessary program reports (i.e. UIR Control Sheet, QSR Report, 906 Report, etc.)
Regularly provide sign-in logs to the administrative office or designee and other relevant leadership.
Maintain, update, and distribute Master Village List and Master Client Lists on a monthly basis.
Serve as point person on the Village for donor relations. Route donor calls and inquiries to the Director of Development. Assist with mailing checks and scanning in-kind forms to the Development department.
Work with the Development team and Education team to receive, organize, sort and distribute materials/donations
Work with the Development team to communicate with Professional Foster Parent's to obtain notes, signs, photos, applications, testimonials, etc.
In conjunction with the Village Business Manager, support the Relief process by scheduling support for the Professional Foster Parent as needed. In addition, tracking hours scheduled and worked by the support staff.
Collaborate with the Education department and appropriate team members to regularly communicate with the Professional Foster Parent's to determine needs of support, academic standing, communication with school and relevant staff.
Manage and coordinate video and conference calls for the Village and visiting staff, as well as managing and coordinating the Zoom and conference room calendar for the Village. Responsible for ensuring a timely start to conference calls and meetings. Communicate with the IT Specialist regarding any special services needed.
Maintain an updated Village staff directory, staff mailboxes, and monthly office calendar.
Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Village Director of Programs and Services, as well as the Education, Clinical, Licensing, and other departments.
Comply with all One Family Illinois policies, state, federal, county and city laws, rules and regulations.
Represent the agency and its senior staff with internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of High School Diploma. Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in customer service and or administrative work preferred.
Experience working with children and families, especially in an agency that works within the Child Welfare System is considered beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior interpersonal abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

The Role:
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and guidance of In Home Family Services Program (IHFS), and program staff, at a One Family Illinois' Casa Tepeyac. Provides oversight of in-home intervention to children and families utilizing a cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused model to help families adopt positive solutions to problems through teaching of skills and behavioral techniques and accessing community resources and support.
Responsibilities:
Assumes all supervisory/fiduciary/and administrative responsibility for the IHFS Program.
Responsible for all aspects of service delivery for youth and families in the program.
Oversees referrals, caseload assignment, intake and termination of services within the IHFS program.
Provides and documents regular supervision to Family Support Specialists and Program Assistant. Completes observations of staff for quality assurance purposes.
Trains staff in all aspects of service delivery including intake screening and assessment; identifying treatment goals; developing service plans; group development and facilitation; and preparing clients for discharge from program.
Maintains small caseload of IHFS clients, providing direct services as needed based on screening, assessment, and service plan.
Oversees implementation of psycho-educational groups; support groups; and educational groups for children, adolescent, and adult populations served.
Ensures all required documentation is completed, in accordance with DCFS database and billing procedures.
Reviews and approves all assessments, service plans, and discharge summaries. Reviews case notes. Facilitates quarterly file audits.
Continually monitors performance of assigned personnel and reviews performance with individual employees per One Family Illinois guidelines.
Conducts monthly team meetings; attends and participates in agency meetings, committees, work groups, etc.
Input staff employee hours and timecard details into payroll system; approve expense reports and timecards by established deadlines.
Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining community resources, referral options, and relationships with service providers, organizations, and other resources and educate the team regarding effective service delivery.

The Role:
The General Maintenance Worker will assist One Family Illinois Director of Facilities with the maintenance and equipment needs of One Family Illinois buildings and grounds in a manner consistent with quality and long-term preservation of the facilities/grounds.
Responsibilities:

The Role: The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing professional oversight to all aspects of clinical services for the RISE UP program and their assigned school including providing assessments, interventions and psycho-social-educational therapeutic services to One Family Illinois (One Family) and Community, children, families and groups.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accurate initial assessment for all One Family clients and make necessary recommendations to case management staff and to the Director of Behavioral Health.
• Provide brief individual therapy to identified clients from assigned schools focused on enhancing their mental health, addressing issues related to substance abuse, violence prevention and their health-related social needs.
• Provide brief group therapy to clients from assigned schools focused on the development of coping skills, increased emotional regulation, and enhancing peer relationships based upon the Seeking Safety Model.
• Provide a minimum of 22 workshops for parents/guardians from assigned schools to provide support and psychoeducation focused on related topics.
• Assist school staff to appropriately respond and resolve crisis issues as they arise.
• Maintain, complete, accurate and confidential clinical progress notes, treatment plans and files (consistent with RISE UP Program, One Family and Medicaid requirements) on all One Family clients and families.
• Input Medicaid information into required database and participate in all aspects of Medicaid submission and training when necessary.
• Obtain relevant Release of Information and provide consultation to school staff, community parents of clients and case managers to ensure adequate understanding of the therapeutic needs of the child.

The Role:
The Director of Programs & Services is responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and guidance of
Village programs and services.
The Director of Programs & Services strategically directs the staff at the Village to facilitate positive and
healthy connections among Village members and leads in the creation and implementation of programming to
enhance the Village community for all involved, while keeping a focus on the operational success and
outcomes of the program.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership to assure Village census goals are met or exceeded, including achieving a significant revenue increase and stabilization of program funding, and that the Village maintains a strong sense of community, is cohesive, and high standards of client care are maintained. Facilitates positive and healthy connections among village members.
Provides oversight to all Village programs assuring program effectiveness and systems are in place to track successes and identify areas of improvement. Works to improve program deliverables. Acts as primary support in the communication of quality standards to Village team for program and services. Assures records are maintained as required by the agency, COA, DCFS, Human Resources, IL state and federal law. In collaboration with CPO, convenes and directs meeting with appropriate staff to ensure supportive services are operating effectively to enhance service quality to the Village clients.
Develop new programs to support the needs of clients and the strategic direction of the organization.
Leads the selection and admission process for intake of children following all state and organizational guidelines. Meets regularly with the CPO and other team members to review guidelines, admissions and placement issues related to the well-being of the children. Completes all associated DCFS required paperwork in a timely fashion and handles internal communication, including 906, 1420 and 1425.
Responsible for the selection, training and development of Professional Foster Parents to assure homes are adequately staffed with appropriate trained personnel, with support from and in coordination with other departments.
Develops, executes, and oversees volunteer leadership programming. Works closely with Advancement and Recruitment to develop a plan for volunteer engagement program.
Design, deliver, and evaluate programs that meet the needs and interests of youth and families to enhance quality of life
Actively engages and identifies community partners to support the Village's goals and enhance the mission.
Provides leadership to program staff and direct supervision of Foster Parents, Child Welfare Supervisor, Program Assistant, and other Village staff as assigned. Provides leadership and indirect supervision of Child Welfare Specialists, Education & Activities Coordinator/Specialist, and Relief Parents.
Develops processes and procedures, resolves staff issues, and directs decision making to the appropriate level. Sets consistent performance targets and position specific goals in coordination with the Deputy Director. Regularly monitors progress and offers feedback. Completes performance reviews for staff on time. Recognizes staff for contributions and fosters a cohesive working environment by providing needed information, tools, and resources for team to perform. Requests staff input and feedback as part of the decision making process.
With the approval of the CPO and CSO, employs and terminates Village program staff and works with Supervisors to employ and terminate staff as needed.
Assures the clinical needs of the children are met and properly documented, in consultation and with support from the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
Acts as liaison to DCFS and other service providers for all program and services. Acts as the primary liaison in the Village for the Day Care program (if applicable). Serves as the primary liaison to State, local government and other community service providers to promote and support programs and services related to organizational activities.
Works closely with the Advancement, volunteers, and other staff, in areas of new program development and funding to meet or exceed goals. Assures development, implementation and supervision of related programs and special activities including community involvement to promote awareness and support.
In collaboration with CPO and Business Manager works to develop and monitor annual operational budget.
Provides support to corresponding Director(s) and DCFS when CPO is not available.
Comply with all agency policies, state, federal, county and city laws, rules and regulations.
Attend general agency and Village staff meetings, in-service education/training, individual supervision, and other meetings and agency programming as directed by the CPO.
Is on-call to respond to Village emergencies 24/7.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work or a relevant Master's degree that meets DCFS requirements from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 5 years social service supervisory experience working with children and families in the child welfare system. Program leadership preferred. LCSW or clinical experience preferred.
DCFS Child Welfare Employee Licensure required; 402 Licensure.
Experienced in team building, implementing behavior modification plans and needs assessment.
Ability to work with DCFS, courts and other social service systems.
Ability to pass DCFS required criminal background check including CANTS/SACWIS, Drug Screen and SORS.
Ability to provide required DCFS Medical Report/TB test.
Valid Illinois driver's license with acceptable driving record; insured and reliable transportation.

The Role: The Youth Advocate Caseworker is responsible for supporting youth assigned through DCFS appointee and provide wrap-around services that would lead to permanent housing.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for evaluating the housing needs of assigned youth clients.
• Develop social service plan for all client cases.

Becoming a Relief Parent with One Family Illinois is a rewarding part-time commitment suitable for a diverse array of adults. The One Family Illinois model of care is a unique one: we employ full-time, professional Foster Parents who care for up to six siblings in a single-family home in one of our Village communities. The Role:
The Business Manager helps with financial, vehicular/transportation, and purchasing functions under One Family Illinois (“OFI”) for Chicago Village and Roosevelt Square Village foster care programs and services, including on the Villages (Chicago area sites) and the community. They may also assist with Accounts Payable functions at our downtown location.
Responsibilities:
Assists with monetary transactions to ensure proper internal controls are in place, maintained, and complied with at all times, e.g., petty cash, Due to OFI collections and monetary donations.
Assists with processing on-site check requests.
Trains and works with Foster Parents to effectively and efficiently manage their foster home accounts and finances by providing training and oversight on budgeting, home account administration, computer functionality, and appropriate software.

Assists with analyzing and documenting processes and developing solutions that effectively and efficiently leverage OFI resources.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with coursework in business management, organizational management, accounting, and/or finance preferred. Coursework in social or human service is considered beneficial.
One or more years of relevant experience in either a small business or social service. Non-profit experience preferred.
Working knowledge or experience with account reconciliation, bookkeeping, budgeting and payroll practices preferred.
Software experience/knowledge in the following areas preferred:

The salaried rate ($25,000/year base salary plus bonus potential pending eligibility) is offered as part of a full benefits package for the full-time Foster Parent position that is not offered to part-time Relief Parents or Foster Parent Trainees (who are paid at an hourly rate of $16.20/hr.). It includes room and board, the opportunity to qualify for healthcare benefits (after 90 days of full-time employment), and a retirement savings plan in addition to the salary.
What does being a Foster Parent entail?
Providing a healthy, clean, safe and secure home environment for up to 6 children of any age and background.
Ensuring that the children receive proper care, including medical, dental, emotional, educational, etc.
Working with a team of others and acting as the primary advocate for the children in your care, including attending parental and/or sibling visits, court visits, meetings, and related conferences as required.
Maintain timely and accurate records such as household budget, children's progress records, health records and periodic evaluations.
Participate in on-going training and maintaining current certifications such as first aid and CPR, TCI, Med. Administration, etc.

The Role:
The General Maintenance Worker will assist One Family Illinois Director of Facilities with the maintenance and equipment needs of One Family Illinois buildings and grounds in a manner consistent with quality and long-term preservation of the facilities/grounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works in all areas of maintaining the buildings, grounds and equipment of the Villages and other One Family Illinois sites, including but not limited to working with electrical, plumbing, painting, removing/adding flooring and carpentry needs, including responsible for working with tools, ladders, and maintenance supplies as needed to complete the tasks. Maintains facilities by providing needed interior and exterior painting including preparing surfaces by scraping; using commercial paints removers; filling cracks and holes.
Assesses needs for repairs and coordinates to ensure appropriate work is complete when needed for windows, roofing, tuck pointing, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, framing, drywall, or other parts of building structures which includes installations.
Maintains safe work procedures by erecting scaffolds, ladders and safety barriers, as directed.
Maintains cleanliness of all public and administration buildings and outbuildings, and the upkeep of grounds which includes, but is not limited to: lawn care, salt spreading, snow removal, trash pick-up and removal and landscaping.
Helps ensure the appropriate use and proper care of agency vehicles including but not limited to: changing bulbs and fuses and taking vehicles in for service.
Assists with set-up and take down for meetings and special events, provides assistance with the pick-up and delivery of donated items, and with holiday and special events that may include some evening hours and some weekends.

Tutor - Volunteer

One Family Illinois is looking for dedicated individuals to act as one on one or small group tutors for youth ranging from 1st grade through high school. While some students will arrive with homework, those who do not will work on supplemental practice work built by the tutor in collaboration with OFI staff. Tutoring takes place once a week during the school year for approximately 2 hours. Hour one is spent on homework, reading, or tutor lead learning. For the second hour, tutors spend 30 minutes in more of a mentoring capacity, getting to know there youth better through anything from board games to building model rockets. The final 30 minutes focuses on reflection and discussion with your fellow tutors and One Family Education staff.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to build relationships with youth and model a love of learning. Tutors must be reliable, creative, patient, and self-motivated. Experience working with youth is required and an understanding of youth who have experienced trauma is preferred. Tutors must be able to submit to a background check, provide a negative TB test, and provide proof of COVID vaccination. Tutors also must be able to commit to weekly tutoring sessions throughout the school year.

The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing professional clinical services including assessments, interventions, consultations, crisis intervention and psycho-social-educational therapeutic services to children, youth, families and caregivers served by One Family Illinois.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete Mental Health Assessments (MHA) and Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) for all assigned clients and make appropriate service recommendations to case management staff and to the Director of Clinical Services.
2. Provide individual, family and group therapy to assigned clients in order to achieve the goals outlined in the client service plan and ITP.
3. Prepare quarterly progress reports for clients as well as information for service plans and Court reports as required by DCFS and One Family Illinois.
4. Assist staff and caregivers to appropriately respond to and resolve crisis issues as they arise. Includes on call responsibilities.
5. Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential clinical progress notes, treatment plans and files as required by One Family Illinois and in compliance with Medicaid Part 132 for all assigned clients and families.

7. Provide consultation to foster and biological parents and case managers to ensure adequate understanding of the therapeutic needs of the child and appropriate interventions and behavior management techniques.

The Role:
The Business Manager helps with financial, vehicular/transportation, and purchasing functions under One Family Illinois (“OFI”) for Chicago Village and Roosevelt Square Village foster care programs and services, including on the Villages (Chicago area sites) and the community. They may also assist with Accounts Payable functions at our downtown location.
Responsibilities:
Assists with monetary transactions to ensure proper internal controls are in place, maintained, and complied with at all times, e.g., petty cash, Due to OFI collections and monetary donations.
Assists with processing on-site check requests.
Trains and works with Foster Parents to effectively and efficiently manage their foster home accounts and finances by providing training and oversight on budgeting, home account administration, computer functionality, and appropriate software.
Assists with preparing and reviewing reports and submits journal entries to Finance.
Assists Village Directors of Programs & Services, HR, IT, and Facilities staff in inventory/tracking, collection, and distribution of OFI property, software, finance, and facility access, e.g., bank account access, cell phones, computer, gas cards, keys, and foster home assets, for new hire Foster Parents or their temporary/permanent departure.
Acts as primary liaison and facilitator for Foster Parents on issues related to OFI owned, rented, and/or leased vehicles.
Maintains vehicle list including current status reports for each vehicle, a schedule of regular maintenance (e.g., oil changes tune ups etc.), and monthly inspections. Additionally, monitors fuel cards & usage, and safety equipment for each vehicle.
Purchases transportation and bus cards as needed (backup).
Reports and addresses accidents and claims to insurance.
Ensures the day-to-day operations are running smoothly (support services, supply ordering, etc.) and anticipates/communicates future necessary improvements and furniture/home needs.
Attends OFI general and Village staff meetings to communicate achievements, collaborate on challenges and effect solutions. Attends in-service education/training and individual meetings in consultation with the Chief Financial Officer.
Assists with analyzing and documenting processes and developing solutions that effectively and efficiently leverage OFI resources.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with coursework in business management, organizational management, accounting, and/or finance preferred. Coursework in social or human service is considered beneficial.
One or more years of relevant experience in either a small business or social service. Non-profit experience preferred.
Working knowledge or experience with account reconciliation, bookkeeping, budgeting and payroll practices preferred.
