About the Role and about You:
We are actively in search of a Customer Service Agent to support our operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport! This position is 100% on-site, so being based in the Phoenix, AZ area is a must. Customer Service Agents work in fast-paced environment, and should be comfortable working in any weather, including rain, snow and heat.
What you will do:
Greet and provide outstanding service to all AA customers and guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner;
Answer telephone to provide information, resolve problems or complaints, and assist as needed;
Handle all aspects of reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, passenger boarding, and baggage service;
May handle cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers as forms of payments for tickets;
Communicate to customers when a flight has been delayed or cancelled and work to re-accommodate them according to company policy
Board/deplane flights and escort passengers to and from aircraft in a timely and efficient manner, assisting passengers as needed.
Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, re-booking of itineraries and special service requests for passengers.
Provide current and accurate fare, schedule, gate, flight arrival and departure information, as well as answer general inquires both in-person and over the telephone;
Ensure aircraft are prepared for flight, including food and beverage stocking and light cleaning;
Transport passengers via shuttle or van as required;
Oversee passenger unloading of firearms in accordance with training, policy, and TSA where required;
Maintain Advanced Air brand standards and consistency in the ground experience.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase satisfaction;
Maintain positive customer relations at all times by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task;
Ensures FAA, TSA, Airlines & Airport regulations are followed at all times.
Will be required to obtain and maintain a Secured Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge for certain airports.

The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and coordinators. The objective of this position is to a) produce a satisfied customer b) realize a profit equal to or exceeding the originally expected.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Meets with the estimator and acquires all information relating to an assigned project - Head start meeting.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Finalizes Work Order Budget.
Schedules and moderates a turnover meeting for each project.
Oversees the procurement, assembly, and approval of submittals. This is done in conjunction with the Project Coordinator.
Reviews each contract for signature by Director of Operations. Makes attachments or clarifications as necessary. Special attention is given to scope, liquidated damages, and schedule.
Performs equipment buyouts on each project.
Purchases all equipment for each project.
Writes subcontracts as necessary for work such as controls, insulation, balance, water treatment, etc.
Prepares and submits questions for clarification (RFI's) on all areas which contradict the scope of work or may require a change in scope of work.
Prepares and submits all change orders for each project.
Prepares monthly "Work in Progress" projections.
A schedule of values is required on every job. Since the format varies from job to job, this requirement is to be verified before the first billing. The schedule of values is to be discussed with necessary superintendents and/or foremen to accurately project labor and material to the end of the billing period.
Project closeout and retention is a vital function of project management. All closeout requirements must be secured from the vendors and/or subcontractors well before the end of the project. Final punch list items must be completed immediately upon receipt followed by a letter confirming completion. Once start up, balance, and owner training are completed, a retention billing request shall be submitted to accounting. The retention billing does not need to follow the billing cycle for the project. During the closeout segment of the project, verify all completion dates and document any delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four (4) to six (6) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. HVAC, Mechanical experience.

Commercial HVAC Equipment Installer - Retro

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Equipment Installer - Retro to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the retrofit installation of commercial HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work on a variety of retrofit projects in commercial and industrial facilities, coordinating with project managers and field teams to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Be Doing
Safely install and retrofit HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, chillers, boilers, VAVs, and ductwork.
Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems while minimizing downtime for clients.
Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and field teams to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met.
Perform quality control checks, equipment testing, and system start-ups.
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and client safety protocols.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on-site.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of commercial HVAC installation/retrofit experience.
Proven ability to install and retrofit a wide range of commercial systems (RTUs, VRFs, chillers, boilers, etc.).
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration principles.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
EPA Universal Certification (required).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces.
