    The primary responsibility of this position is to work in the Compassion Center food warehouse area to help organize, stock, and select the food items and package food boxes and pallets for community clients. The position requires loading and unloading pallets of product on semitrailers using pallet jacks and forklifts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS • Assist Compassion Director regarding operations of the warehouse through such duties as accepting food donations from various vendors, partners, and other agencies. • Help organize and stock warehouse shelves and pallet racks. • Assist in ensuring safe food practices occur and food defense systems are followed. • Assist with inventory process, rotating stock, documentation of metrics and utilization of data base system. • Assist and help with distribution of food to soup kitchens and pantries. • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the food warehouse areas. • Assist warehouse personnel/volunteers with any pick-ups or deliveries as needed or assigned. • Assist volunteer groups that serve in the Azinger Compassion Center. • Follow any protocol regarding daily procedures and routines to ensure productivity, safety, and cleanliness. • Ensure all interactions with donors, clients, and families are maintained with confidentiality except by law to report. • Willing to work Saturdays when needed. • Other assignments as needed or requested by the Compassion Director. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Pass all required background screenings. • Good mobility for bending, reaching, placing items on shelves, lift up to 50 pounds of weight. • Ability to follow directions and willingness to work in a team environment. • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and communication skills. • Patience and positive attitude. The Mentor serves as the first responder to provide immediate crisis intervention and mobile direct services support, once a survivor/victim is recovered. Because of the shared lived experiences of the Mentor and the victim/survivor, this first responder intervention is designed to increase the opportunity of establishing a bond with a safe, caring person who understands the experience firsthand. The AT Mentor position is designed to provide mobile direct services support to the victim/survivor as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS • Partner with the AT Team Supervisor to provide mobile direct services based on the needs identified in the victim's individual needs assessment. • Work collaboratively with the AT Team and AT Leadership to ensure victims' needs are met. • Provide ongoing mobile care management services to victims and their families (if appropriate) wherever the victim is housed. • Verify victim's eligibility for services/benefits based on individual situations. • Support victims by attending court • Assist with referrals and accompany appointments as needed. • Provides the day-to-day care management services and works with the clinical staff to support ongoing needs. • Provides and ensures support for immediate health and safety such as crisis intervention; accompaniment to hospitals for medical examinations; emergency food, clothing, transportation to appointments as needed. Assist with special services to assist victims with managing practical problems created by their victimization such as acting on behalf of the victim with other service providers, creditors, or employers; assisting the victim to recover property that is retained as evidence, assisting in filing for compensation benefits, and helping to apply for public assistance. • Complete documentation as required by funding entities, courts, referral sources. Additionally, when a Supervisor of Single Moms is not assigned to the campus, this role takes the lead for the program presence there. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS Collaborate with Director of Single Moms Programs to make intake decisions for client suitability for the program. Process phone inquiries and use judgement to make appropriate referrals. Conduct client orientation and complete client admissions paperwork and documentation. Develop service plans for each client, identifying needs, timelines, and through life skill evaluation, assistance with items such as budgeting, household management, scheduling. Oversee client execution of service plan and household management, budget adherence, and program guidelines, and report any concerns to appropriate leadership immediately. Provide for special needs of client families as prescribed by plan of service, including driving services. Manage planning and coordination for weekly classes, organizing meals and client childcare to provide clients with place to meet. Facilitate or teach classes in various life skills topics, such as Vocational Training, Personal Development, Financial Literacy, Parenting, and other topics encouraging personal and spiritual growth. Develop and execute follow-up plans with discharged clients. Submit accurate and timely scheduled reports, forms, and entries into the appropriate databases. Represent OMC at community events, and host volunteers, tour groups and visitors on campus, to expand awareness of the Single Moms Program. Participate in assigned training opportunities to stay informed on department expectations and changes in the field. Maintain flexible schedule to meet with clients at least one to two evenings a week, or on weekends if necessary, and perform on-call responsibilities as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.     DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE JOB IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION Department: Finance and Administration Direct Supervisor: Executive Director of Properties Hiring Manager(s): Executive Director of Properties Hiring Approver Vice President of Business Administration Classification: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt JOB SUMMARY The position is responsible for providing the maintenance of all properties and grounds and to give direct supervision to other maintenance employees as appropriate. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the Anti-Trafficking team, comprised of Clinician, Advocate, and Mentor positions, in all aspects, performance management, day-to-day, performance management, training, development, and other areas of importance. Provide timely feedback, in the form of one-on-one meetings, coaching, and other performance management. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services or related field. Three or more years of experience in providing direct care and coordinated services to trauma victims. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in social work, Human Services, or related field.
