Duane Bell joined OT in 2021 with a wealth of experience in helping grow and transform companies of all sizes. After 20 years in public accounting, Duane has worked as a CEO, CFO and COO in large, international firms as well as small startups. He brings expertise in change management, operations management, forecasting, and building stronger, more resilient companies. He holds a degree in accounting from Illinois State University. While he’s often been described as a workaholic, Duane is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching football, hockey, basketball, and baseball when he’s not working.

Jon Burr joined OT with nearly three decades of experience in ecommerce. He has managed technology for large affiliate, email marketing and content marketing organizations and is a recognized expert in analytics, machine learning and data. He’s drawn to OT’s positive culture and the opportunity to modernize the technology. He aims to work with the teams to create both short-term and long-term technical strategies that will drive business value and world-class technology capabilities to enhance consumers’ product experience. A graduate of Bradley University (BSEE) and Northern Illinois University (MBA), Burr is married with five children and stepchildren. He loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s backpacking, skiing, golfing, hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, biking or other outdoor activities.
