Job Summary
The Customer Engagement Specialist will support our Individual Life Financial Services business and is responsible for interacting with a sense of urgency and empathy. The Specialist will be there when our customers need us most by delivering a level of customer service that exceeds their expectations. The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
