* Manages staff by recruiting, training and providing on-going coaching; scheduling work duties, monitors and evaluates job results
* Negotiates, maintains and coordinates with vendors of materials, equipment and supplies; along with determining product availability and terms of sales
* Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders of critical and noncritical supplies and equipment for departments of assigned service area
* Assists with market analysis and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
* Controls inventory of routine and critical supplies and manages standing orders for supplies and services; communicates with internal customers on order status and discrepancies
* Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
* Maintains records and documents as required including purchase orders, vendor information and documentation and provides reports as needed.

* Manages and prioritizes time and resources to maximize effectiveness of territory
