Experienced Marketing & Sales Executive - I am a passionate leader that enjoys building teams, growing and scaling organizations and strategically marketing to increase customer base and revenue.

As one of the early stage executives at OneCause (formerly BidPal), I was responsible for building and leading the company's efforts as it relates to the nationwide sales distribution and deployment strategies, event consulting, client success and overall marketing teams from 2009-2017. As OneCause reaches 1.5 million+ unique donors and 6,000 nonprofit organizations, my concentration focuses on corporate and product marketing strategies and execution, public relations along with employee engagement.

Prior to OneCause, I was the Director of Marketing for Autobase, a leading CRM software technology company which was twice named to both the Inc.500 and Deloitte's Technology Fast Growth 500.

I also held a variety of key management positions at Ford Motor Company. My Ford experience ranged from developing and executing multi-million dollar annual marketing plans to managing sales teams to exceed volume and share objectives.

They have worked as Strategic Account Manager Product Marketing Consultant at Traiana, Capital Markets Senior Financial Analyst Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup Inc., and VP of Global Sales & Marketing VP of Corporate Development at MRI Software. Parrish attended Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Miami University between 1996 and 2000, and Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University between 2003 and 2005.

Prior to joining OneCause in January 2020, Ragozzino served as the executive vice president of product for Indianapolis-based PERQ, successfully leading the organization through a new software launch that was recognized with a Gold Stevie Award for Best New Lead Generation Software and as a finalist for the Best New Tech Product at the TechPoint Mira Awards. Ragozzino has also held product leadership roles at Teradata and Aprimo.
