Tim thrives in the organized chaos that is the hallmark of fast--‐‑growth organizations and his uncanny ability to see both the customer’s and the shareholder’s point of view simultaneously positions him perfectly as parent company LCG’s bridge builder. Ensuring that the vision for the company, the needs of the business development team and the end-user experience all come together in a seamless business system is key to the overall success and scalability of the OneEighty venture.

Tim is inches away from completing a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. His greatest passion though, is studying people and his ability to positively influence people comes from real world experience, not books.
