We are currently seeking an IT Customer Service Manager to join our team! Duties & Responsibilities: * Effectively manages the day to day operational activities related to supporting the Oneida Indian Nation workplace computing environment. This includes overseeing the Help Desk, Network Operations Center, and Computer Engineers. * Oversees entire Customer Service operation to provide timely and efficient delivery of services to customers and business partners. * Provides support to government contracting operations. * Coordinates all outbound communications to client areas regarding IT activities affecting their operations. * Collaborates with the Director of IT Operations Support to ensure services meet the needs of the IT and organizational strategies. * Provides support to the requesting department team members in identifying support issues to ensure full comprehension of the requirements of the requesting department. * Maintains an effective mechanism to track and monitor projects, validate estimates as presented, and identify/allocate required project resources. * Successfully establishes and maintains high quality documentation and on-line problem resolution tools necessary to provide Customer Service team with sufficient resources to perform their support tasks. * Efficiently manages the coordination and prioritization of inbound work requests from client areas. * Ensures effective allocation of IT resources for projects in the Oneida Indian Nation. * Streamlines project activities to achieve timely and cost effective completion in accordance with budgets and schedules. * Oversees the technical teams responsible for providing technical support to our client areas. * Provides the Director of IT Operations Support with information on the status and accomplishments within the Customer Service function. * Continually monitors and ensures the successful execution of the relationship management program IT is establishing with its customer base. * Conducts frequent meetings with Customer Service employees to review and discuss various company and departmental policies and procedures, to address problems and concerns, and as a tool in building teamwork. * Continually researches and develops standards, proposals and processes to promote growth, maturity, and effectiveness of the IT Department. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, MBA is desirable. * 4 years technical support or operations center experience. * Prior supervisory experience in a technical environment, 2 years. * Excellent organizational, verbal and writing skills. * Ability to perform well under pressure in a multi task environment. * Must be able to interface with users and perform as a liaison between IT and the affected area. * Must be able to keep abreast of new technological and/or procedural developments and present options for improvement to their supervisor in an organized format. * Competencies in configuring, deploying & effectively managing end-point computing devices on an enterprise scale are preferred. * Must possess valid driver's license. Minimum Qualifications: * A degree in Computer Science or other related field and/or minimum equivalent experience of three years working in an IT or Business environment. * At least three to five years of relevant business-related experience. * Understanding of system platforms and networking. * Possesses the ability to effectively produce written support documentation. * Must have good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Summary: The Technical Recruiter for Oneida Innovations Group (OIG) and its subsidiaries will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment and pipeline development of technical candidates for a variety of IT and contract roles. The Technical Recruiter will also support the contract RFP process by reviewing the hiring requirements, evaluating candidate availability in the market, and sourcing and screening potential candidates to obtain letters of intent for pending contract awards. The Technical Recruiter will establish and manage relationships with outside vendors (posting sites, search firms, temporary agencies, etc.), as well as with other souring channels (existing military, universities, alumni associations) as part of developing a scalable, flexible, best-delivered-cost sourcing strategy to meet the changing business needs. Duties & Responsibilities: * Sources, recruits, and onboards qualified candidates for assigned roles * Responsible for daily interactions with IT and government clients and relevant stakeholders for all recruitment activities. * Assists client users in developing requisition s, including analysis of required technical skills. * Reviews and resolves discrepancies in submitted requisitions for alignment with contractual terms, clarity of information presented, and reasonableness of technical requirements. * Facilitates communications with internal and external recruiting teams to ensure understanding of client technical and staffing needs. * Conducts technical screening of candidates sourced internally and by vendors to include a review of resume alignment to job requirements, assessment of candidate skills, assessment of fit for positions, and relocation or other position requirements * Manages interview schedules with client managers and recruiting teams. * Work directly with the company FSO for processing Government Security Clearance credentials. * Ensures timely and accurate addition of personnel into the Timekeeping System. * Builds relationships with current clients and ensures utilization of, and satisfaction with, the service. * Ensures project goals and SLAs are met within the established time frame, budget, quality, and customer service standards. * Understands and refine the needs of the government customers around attributes of IT staff. * In coordination with the Senior Technical Recruiter, conduct candidate interviews, render recommendations on advancing candidates in the process, and coordinate candidate advancement in the interview process for government and IT customers. * Manages subcontracting relationships around the staffing life cycle, performance, and execution. * In partnership with other HR staff; manages the program in compliance with EEO/AAP best practices and drives continuous improvement through innovation and streamlining. Works with AAP consultants to provide reporting data and ensure the company is in line with AAP metrics and objectives. * Presents weekly quality, delivery, and performance status and associated risks to Senior Technical Recruiter. * Engages with corporate functions, personnel, and initiatives to ensure project compliance and employee engagement. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Management, or technical discipline; or an Associate's Degree with 3+ years of technical recruiting experience. * At least 1-3 years of full life cycle technical recruitment/staffing or government contracting recruitment/staffing experience in a fast-paced, diverse environment. * Experience managing highly complex and large-scale staffing projects or programs. * Must possess technical knowledge, both of current technology and emerging trends. * Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruiting owning each stage of the recruiting lifecycle while ensuring best-in-class candidate and client experience. * Knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices. * Very strong communication (written and verbal) skills in private and public forums. * Understanding and application of staff augmentation, human capital acquisition, service delivery, vendor management, and project management best practices. * Demonstrates a strong ability to build relationships across a diverse stakeholder environment. * Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; especially in regards to filling staffing positions timely. * Must have the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Available to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed for staffing projects. Effectively acts as a liaison between the IT service provider and the Nation. * Consistently monitors vendor contracts to ensure that terms and conditions are adhered to with respect to Licensing requirements and the renewal of agreements. Effectively supports multiple contracts or complex agreements. * Participates in the budget process; makes recommendations based upon the needs of the organization. Ensures budget is adhered to. Participates in the negotiation of all contracts; assists in renegotiation if contract needs to be amended to meet the needs of the organization. * Develops and maintains policies and procedures for contract and licensing review, approval flow within the IT department, and how procedures interface between Legal and operating areas. * Maintains accurate and detailed records of the disposition of all IT hardware assets and software licensing throughout its useful lifespan including items on order, items received from vendors, items received from internal entities, hardware items in inventory, software libraries, equipment deployed, and obsolete equipment that has been decommissioned or destroyed. * Manages the shipping and receiving of IT hardware from vendors, IT Team Members, IT Management, Oneida Nation Membership and various internal entities while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving logs of all IT hardware. * Efficiently manages inventory and storerooms, ensuring equipment and records are securely stored in a logical well-ordered fashion allowing for efficient retrieval at the request of IT team members and related management. Identifies resources that must be kept "in stock" for immediate disbursement. Ensures that appropriate asset tagging is applied to all equipment, and that a correlation is made where appropriate between external serial numbers and internal or electronic identifiers. * Coordinates and conducts transport of equipment to off-site storage, long-term storage, and decommissioned equipment repositories. Maintains records of all equipment transfers as well as a current inventory of materials at all facilities. The IT Inventory Specialist is responsible for compliance with OIN vehicle usage certifications and procedures. * Manages IT asset disposal when equipment is deemed to be obsolete, non-functional, or with no capacity for reuse. Oversees and accurately records the transfer of decommissioned equipment for the appropriate method of disposal as determined by governmental and internal standards and procedures. Keeps and maintains all written and electronic records relating to IT assets, including a detailed inventory of physical equipment, software licensing, purchase and maintenance contracts, warranty information, vendor contact data, and Purchase Orders awaiting delivery or completed. * Expedites warranty repairs by building a solid relationship and rapport with all hardware and software vendors. Tracks the RMA process until equipment is serviced and returned. Updates all affected inventory records and returns equipment into stock. * Receives all purchase inquiries for IT equipment or software, completes Purchase Requisition, researches and attaches appropriate documentation, obtains the necessary signatures, and submits for processing according to procedure while working closely with purchasing teams. * Maintains an organized IT Asset Management system that is fully documented and easily utilized by other IT personnel. Access to all information must be fully accessible in short order by authorized personnel without the direct intervention of the Inventory Specialist. * Performs special projects as requested by the IT Director of Operation Support, the Customer Service Manager, and IT Leadership Teams as needed. Minimum Qualifications: * A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent experience of 4 years working in an IT environment. * Experience with Inventory Management Systems required. * Demonstrated experience working with gaming and/or hospitality systems. * Must be able to learn and use new systems, tools, and software and hardware effectively. * Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Minimum Requirements: * Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; or at least three years related work experience. * Must have at least one year related work experience in the Casino, Hospitality or Entertainment industry; or other high volume, complex, demanding customer oriented IT environments. * Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA A+ and/or, other related technical certification preferred. * Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware. * Must have hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. * Must have working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards. Possesses the ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
